Let me help you out with that. Take a look at the banner at the top of this web page. It says COWBOYS. We don't owe your owner one damned ounce of respect. In truth he's done nothing to earn mine. I think the way your organization is run is foolish. I wouldn't respect that in an AFC team, and NFC team or even my own Cowboys.
