I shudder to think how stupid a person would have to be to not realise that a second sexual assualt allegation, in a years time, is clearly bad publicity.

But more importantly you're post here was proven completely ignorant a few posts ago when someone posted the conduct policy which clearly outlines plenty of things you can't do.

There are a few gray areas but it's pretty clear as to what you're going to get into trouble for when you mess around doing things with poor judgement.

Big Ben is, and should be, in trouble under the league rules.

I agree 100% There is no difference between having sex with a woman by getting her plastered with alcohol or knocking her out with chloroform, both are extremely immoral.

No disputing he was drinking in a college bar and alone with a 20 year old girl in a bathroom. For a guy 1 year removed from a sexual assault claim that is feloniously stupid.

She wanted to prosecute him. The DA didn't go through with the charge because in their mind they had evidence but not enough to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. Therefore we do care......

This has to be one of the silliest posts ever. And we get a lot of them so that is saying something.


She cared enough to flag down a cop immediately after leaving the club, reporting the offense, going to the hospital and submitting to a humiliating rape kit examination.

A 20 year girl who was clearly into the sauce did about 100 times more than one would expect... which is why Ben felt confident enough to keep trying this crap.

She's also publicly stated what happened. She just didn't want a trial some BFE Georgia DA couldn't afford to prosecute or win.

There are plenty of accounts out there and NONE of them make Ben look anything but bad.
