Can we compare strength of schedule in the games Dak started vs Rush? Lol... Look we all know Dak was having a poor season, as was the entire Cowboy team. Rush started having more success when the D wasn't total Swiss cheese and they found a run game. Dak hasn't played up to his contract no one can argue that, but claiming 1 player is better than the other based on a partial season record feels a bit off.

I dont think so. Hes 31, and has questionable arm strength. He's a good back up, but i don't think he's going to get any substantial offers, or starting opportunities. Just my guess though.

But he isn't - not even close. Dak played with most of the starters and sucked. When he quit the rest of starters, minus CeeDee, slowly followed suit with their "surgeries".

What starters, aside from CeeDee, has Rush had the luxury of playing with since he took over? That list is very short.

Is it a state secret as to why we have had a running game since Dak got hurt? Outside of last night, Dowdle has been great and the Tampa run D is solid. Without looking at time of possession stats I am fairly certain that under Rush our offense, although not electric, has held onto the ball longer with his dink and dunks. Instread of Dak and his deer in a headlight play, we are keeping the other teams O off the field. In no coincidence, our D is playing stronger not being forced to stay on the field an entire game. This isn't rocket science, it's QB smarts that one has...and one well.........even though Tampa has a slight advantage in this last night it was somewhat neglible and allowed our injured D to control the game while our offense stumbled down the stretch
