This is why fans arent' GM's. Fans go on stats only.

And act like players are finished products after a year or two in the league. GMs pay a lot of attention to potential with young players. They know some won't ever reach it, but you've still got to give players a chance to develop if they show there's a chance of it.

Initially liked his skillset as a collegian. Lost track and have not followed him at the pro level.

Have gotten to a point where I question this staff's ability to develop QBs but I know what they were working with were lower tier talent to begin with.

I still expected to see more progress and development from the 2 cut guys and Rush as well.
