53-33 as a starter with a defense that’s been mostly average at best.

But yeah, “DAK SUX” or something.

...and here comes the Dak wins in spite of the defense BS at the same time saying Rush wins because of the defense.

163 yards rushing, no turnovers, 5 sacks. created 3 turnovers.

It’s a great formula.

Seemed to get stuck in traffic and take sacks, but whatever. This defense made two SB teams looks like trash.

We actually had 4 turnovers if you count the one on special teams. Versus zero turnovers allowed. That will win almost every football game unless Calvin Johnson gets 329 receiving yards.

Yeah but those numbers are mostly phony.

His rookie year we had best oline and running game, and good WRs 13-3, 10-0 vs. opponents outside of division, just 3-3 in division.

But after that, Dak is 22-3 against the division which has been the worst division in the NFL for most of that time (until this year which Dak hasn't played but one game and scored 3 points) against non-divisional opponents Dak is 18-27. Not very good and if we weren't in the East I believe it's very possible we would already have another QB.

That's the point. Most people recognize that Dallas' defense is winning these games but also acknowledge the fact that Rush is playing within himself and not causing the team to lose. Most say Dak is a better QB than Rush but something is going on right now that Rush's type of play is what this team needs.

That's what you must be thinking.

It's well known that Dak's ability to read the D is flawed. He relies on pure athleticism. For now, I prefer him on the bench. 4-1 says we're fine without him.

Lmao what in the world is Rush reading out there? He makes no reads. He goes through no progressions. He always goes to his first read. ALWAYS. You people are making Rush out to be someone he isn't.

Imagine Cooper Rush in a game where he needs to match score for score and needing to score in the 30s and 40s. What are we averaging on offense in his 5 wins? A few scoring drives a game? This was another game where the offense did next to nothing in the 2nd half ala the Bengals game with Rush. This season has been about the defense, not the offense. If you want to credit Rush for being a bus driver and not being asked to do anything, then that's cool. But to pretend we are winning because of Rush is foolish and doing nothing but trying to purposely discredit Dak.

Cooper Rush's ceiling is extremely low. We can't open anything up with him.
