Well we know this won't happen, he'll be signed to something close to Jefferson I say 35
Last I checked 33 was pretty damn close to 35 but math was never my strong suit

You can’t spin what you said. Do you believe it or not?Depends on how you take it.....
They don't though. That's why they're negotiating and making offers. Ask that question about Ayiuk for the 49ers and it's a different answer. The Cowboys do
That's a shame if a body has to pay taxes like most other people.Remember that a players salary is divided into 17 game checks. And depending what state the game is dictates withholding taxes.
All it takes is one bitter baby mamma and poof, all that cash is gone.Yeah , how is going to Survive making only 33$ million per year ????
I want too see what the guaranteed money is.Last I checked 33 was pretty damn close to 35 but math was never my strong suit
If Jefferson is at 35 then 33 appears fair, although I doubt it gets it done. Yes the FO is well versed at the PR game and trying to win in the court of public opinion. I have little doubt they leaked that number.Don't know about fair but the front office saying, "See? We offered so much" is meant to make the player look greedy which they know the fans are biased towards believing. PR game (see this thread for how effective it is). Same in the Dak negotiations last time "leaking" that Dak asked for $40M and Dak's team actually had to address it in the media. It was poetic justice that they wound up signing him for exactly that.
Extremely well, no doubt . . .Yeah , how is going to Survive making only 33$ million per year ????
Exactly. Men who catch a leather ball for a living should be making one billion per year. Piddly jobs such as surgeons who have lives in their hands should be making peanuts on the dollar.Yeah , how is going to Survive making only 33$ million per year ????
I know, that's why this constant negative take is so funny. With Dak, Cee Dee, my main man Ferguson who hates the Packers even though he played at Wisconsin, some mean and nasty offensive lineman, a new DC with Parsons leading they way with Bland, Diggs, Overshown and the rest you’re spot on saying this is a GOOD THING.
They are risking their health.Exactly. Men who catch a leather ball for a living should be making one billion per year. Piddly jobs such as surgeons who have lives in their hands should be making peanuts on the dollar.
When people start buying tickets to watch surgeons work, or FS1 starts televising surgeons at work and people tune in rather than watch “Andy of Mayberry“ re-runs, surgeons will be paid more than they are now.Exactly. To quote a 90's favorite movie of mine "The Program":When people start buying tickets to watch surgeons work, or FS1 starts televising surgeons at work and people tune in rather than watch “Andy of Mayberry“ re-runs, surgeons will be paid more than they are now.
Yeah no kidding lolYeah remember decades ago when Jerry didn’t want to pay Amari 20m per year? Oh that was only like two ago
And the answer is noNothing sneaky about it. We've won 12 games 3 years straight. We should be good. The question is, can we be great?
Simple solution for you since you’re so upset; Don’t watch. When people start buying tickets to watch surgeons work, or FS1 starts televising surgeons at work and people tune in rather than watch “Andy of Mayberry“ re-runs, surgeons will be paid more than they are now.
I understand why entertainers can be paid more than surgeons. And I have no problem with it.Simple solution for you since you’re so upset; Don’t watch.
