see ya later Zeke.
that should be the play regardless of cooper. Never pay a RB
see ya later Zeke.
I think the tag is for Jaylon. Somebody will steal him away if we give him the restricted tender. Especially a team with two picks next year like the Raiders.Cooper may be looking at franchise tags in 2020 and 2021 if he does not bring his demands down
Zoom! There it went...There goes the FARM.......
I think they will let go of Tyron before they get rid of Zeke. They brought in lots of offensive linemen. They are going cheap at that spot to pay for Zeke and company.see ya later Zeke.
Are you going to be ok, buddy? There goes the FARM.......
Likely just finishing loose ends. The guaranteed stuff.
Ok $26.5 mil
So true, Jumbo. It has been obvious for months that Dak's deal will be 8n the $28-30M per season range
Likely slowing taking the nude picture of Jerry and the party bus gitls off of the round table.
Blackmail elimination 96% complete.................loading........
Can't imagine what the new CBA will bring, other than a lockout. Rich people battling each other is like lions fighting over scraps.I don't care how much or how little Dak, Cooper, or Zeke earns. All I care about is that they are Cowboys for the next few seasons.
With a new CBA coming, I'm sure those in the business have a pretty good idea how bargaining will go and what salaries may look like, what the players are going to demand. We shouldn't even think about the signings this year in relation to the past; trust that those on the business end are negotiating with an eye on the future.
We need Dak, Cooper, Zeke, and DLaw over the next 2-3 years to make a serious run. DLaw is done. Now it's time for the QB and WR. Then the RB. Star CB....probably not.
Just looking at the numbers here tells me structure and guaranteed money will likely hold-up Coop deal if there's to be one. Anything over $17M would make him the 2nd highest paid. Can't imagine Coop demanded more to the point it becomes a deal breaker. But I can see them having issues with pay-out and guaranteed.

The last 25 years of this type of deal have not worked so well. Signing a average QB to a long term deal just isn't smart. at 30 Mil it's plain stupid
I really should think about work, but this is too much fun! This is highly entertaining.
the only saving grace is this years team at least on paper has talent on both sides of the ball so there is a little hope.NOTHING has worked in the past 25 years. Not paying guys a lot like Romo, or paying any of the other 14 QBs they tried to pay very little to.
