Scenarios, McClain not brought back

I dont know if Dallas wants Lee to play MIKE anymore. Put him outside at the WILL and keep him protected by the 3tech.

That leaves Hitchens and Durant, Id rather have Hitchens play the MIKE. Young and bigger.

That leaves Durant Rivers and Wilber to play the SAM. Who do you choose? Durant IMO is too small to play that spot.

I have a feeling Carter will be defecting via free agency as well, this looks to me like cheap depth, nothing more.

Not bad to have a former first rounder as depth, I just hope we are not counting on Rivers for a starting position.

Solid depth guy. Could be a decent 4th LB or a really good 5th one. No harm in this signing at all. The writing was on the wall for Bruce Carter by week 12 probably

But the article said LB Keith Rivers, last played for Bills.

He makes Bruce Carter look like an All-Pro and Rolando MCclain look like the best LB in the NFL.

rolando isnt needed because they have Hitchens. And Durant will be resigned shortly.

Hitchens matched mcClains production. Not to mention mcClain cant even be trusted to stay drug free.
