The Jets are the worst run franchise and it isn't even close.
I would have to go with the Browns. The Deshaun Watson trade put Cleveland over the top. The Jets have won four playoff games since 2005 and made it to a couple of conference title games. Cleveland hasn’t won a playoff game since 94.

We are turning over every stone.

A brief moment of appreciation for the front office.

20-36 record in NY . Seemed like Aaron Rodgers did whatever he wanted like skip mini camps then when the whistle blew Rodgers played like a dog . So as a DC maybe but no I saw an aimless misdirected Jets squad coached by Saleh . Better candidates like Zac Orr or Joe Brady . Bring them in for a chat Jerry .

neither has ben johnson, kellen moore, witten and others.
And it’s for that reason I go with a proven HC such as Gruden or Carroll. Two guys with SB rings and a proven track record would command respect from the players. And with Gruden you have a guy who can get the max from Dak. Just my two cents and everyone has their opinions.

Saleh never won more than seven games with the Jets in four years. Can’t imagine any fan getting excited about him as HC. NO THANKS!

I’ll go on record right now saying the Cowboys next HC will be lucky to make it four seasons.

I would rather go with a complete unknown at HC than one that’s never had a winning record.

Is he a 3-4 or 4-3?
I think he runs a base 4-3, but these days, defenses are going to be multiple with odd and even fronts and different sub-packages.

Reading up on Saleh, looks like he likes to keep things simple so his players can attack and play more instinctively, and he uses a lot of quarters coverage to take away deep shots. But all that also means offenses don't have a hard time figuring out his scheme, and it's sometimes hard for his defense to get stops on third down.
