you want them cropped and deinterlaced or just taken from the capture card as is? My capture card grabs at 720x480, I do caps in picvideo but they'd be a lot smaller if I convert them to divx. You have any particular clips you want or just anything that looks nice? I remember he had some VERY nifty moves on some runs that only went 5 yards or so, but I think they're worthy of highlights when he had to juke one or two guys before even reaching the line of scrimmage.

If you choose to use music from the Last Samurai soundtrack, I may be of some use. I am not professional when it comes to editing music, but I put together my own edited version of the Soundtrack, in which I cut out the filler parts and left the good stuff. I basically took 55min of music and cut it down to 30min. Let me know if your interested.

Do you have any MP3s you can post of your changes?

I already did some work in changing some tracks around but I would love to see what you did.

I finished the Dorsett video part today. This is going to be a 5+ min video. It will be a big download.

How about soundtracking the clip with some orginal music from a true blue Cowboy fan?
I could provide you with a number of choices to pick from of original soundtarcks made by yours truly. (Plenty of upbeat stuff- any kind really)
I've been making music for the better part of 20 years now and I could piece something ill together specifically for this occasion... I could even sample some soundbytes of Parcells talking about JJ or JJ speaking, etc and mix them into the track if you'd like.
I couldn't think of a better place to draw inspiration from than a Cowboys highlight reel.
Whattaya say?

That is my opinion as well. I wish I could find some info on how many times Jones lined up in the single set and yards gained compared to the I formation

Personally I hate to use the same song twice. I did it with the RBs and QBs videos, but that's just because I was lazy and threw the QBs video together really fast. I prefer to have one song associated with one video, although Calico might have a different opinion. It just seems to me that if you start using one song for multiple videos it'll get old really fast.

Ah Cowboys from hell never gets old. You could lock me in a room and loop that song for 100 years and it would rock that lasst time as much as it did the first time I ever heard it. I still cant listen to Cemetary gates without crying Since Dimes death. Pantera's not for everyone, but for me they are right next to Priest (coming to Dallas June 26thtoo) as metal gods.

Dont get me wrong.
While Bon Jovi is a complete joke, AC/DC isnt that bad. Just not exactly my cup of tea.
Green Day- Boulevard of Broken Dreams? What the hello kind of relevance to football does that song have? Its like a slow song. I don't get it.

Anyway, I just think that JJ represents the future of football and the music should be a more modern reflection of that. Not to mention he's fast so I think the soundtrack should be. Rock and Metal, etc. fits well with "bruisers" and LBers, etc. which JJ is not at all. He's a finesse runner. The music should be more like that. IMO.

Might I suggest Carmina Burana (1st Movement, Oh Fortuna) by Carl Orff, Flight of the Valkyrie by Richard Wagner, or Mars Harbinger of War by Gustav Holst?

i couldn't hear wagner's "ride of the valkyrie" and NOT visualize helicopter gunships and a stoic robert duvall strolling the beach, in the middle of a fire-fight, looking for suitable waves for surfing.
