Game Day Cowboys vs Commanders post game thread

By being predictable they didn't give them the best chance to ice the game. Love the win, didn't need to be that dramatic at the end.
You mean a defense doesn't have to allow 40 yards on 7 carries when the offense is definitely running?

Yeah I think I see Butler behind a tree back there also.

Another thing to look forward to is the Bears play tomorrow night. Second week in a row we play a team on 6 days rest

Great win !!!!

It appears the Skins are the only team in the league Garrett can beat without Romo, too bad we don't play them like 10 more times

Really nice start from Dak. At least if we're bad now we might be watchable.

The key is this guy really doesn't make mistakes. My only criticism is he needs to bail on a play a little earlier before the officials rule the play a sack.
Well he also could get hurt trying to twist around when they have his leg.
I think he needs to just go down in those situations.

He needs to see all that coming faster, TBH. Part of it is he needs to roll out more often. He'll get there.

That blocked Saints FG returned for a TD by far won the game for the Giants.
Would've been so nice if they'd lost

Maybe the Bears can beat Philly tonight

They play tomorrow night on ESPN.

But overall I liked what I saw today, Dak played good, no int's, dez caught some passes, The run game is still disappointing, and then the fumbles.
It was another close game, this time we won thanks to capn kirk throwing the int.
That was a huge mistake for them.

I didnt like the fake FG, and then the execution was horrible. That gave momentum to skins till kirk threw the int in endzone.

This game could have been a loss quite easily.

Next up the bears then SF, I think 2 more close games even though they are not exactly good teams.
SF played pretty good in 1st 2 games, and I dont know about chicago.

No, you root for Garrett even when he calls an idiotic on-side kick and expects the defense which is a sieve the whole game to make a stop and a defense he has been blaming for years as the reason he loses..

Concerning the onside kick, what a difference a week makes.

Some Cowboys fans were saying last week that the playcalling was too conservative. If the Cowboys had lost today's game, the coaching staff would have been ripped to shreds by the fans for the decision to try the onside kick.

You can't win sometimes.

Just reported on nbc the tribe ain't happy.
Some in the skins locker room calling for Colt McCoy to replace Cousins.
