Ya, ESPN Blog says Ro didn't return 2nd half because of illness...

ARLINGTON, Texas -- Dallas Cowboys starting middle linebacker Rolando McClain will not return for the second half of Sunday's NFC wild-card game against the Detroit Lions with an undisclosed illness.

McClain started Sunday's game but left midway through the second half. He missed the regular-season finale at Washington with an illness but he was expected to participate against the Lions.

McClain has battled knee issues most of the season but has played through it and become one of the Cowboys' leading tacklers.

On the season, McClain led the Cowboys with 10 tackles for loss and was second in tackles (81).

So is NFLN, Ren. That damn Marshall Faulk is sickening. Why isn't anyone talking about all the no-calls for Dallas' way??? And the BS calls ON Dallas for Detroit's way?? Why are they only talking about the PI flag pickup??

Maybe because it was the last controversial call, but anyone who saw that game has to admit that Dallas got shafted just as much as Detroit.

After they failed to score following the 3rd qtr int, I thought everything was going downhill from there. Kudos to this team for fighting and finishing. And how about that Dlaw? What a perfect time for a coming out party.

Been waiting a long time for some karmic payback for the 12 men on the field non-call in 1981.

It was worth the wait.

Is THAT why they picked it up? I still haven't seen a good explanation. I was mystified. Still don't get it.

No they pick up the defensive pass interference. If anything it should have been offensive pass interference. The judge who threw the flag wasnt in the area. That is why the near by judges pick up the flag as they did not see a interference.
