We will never know about your hypothetical...we only can go by what has actually happened and DJ isn't in the same league. DJ has never beat a Dak led cowboys team as a matter of fact...

Get used to seeing it…He is the most dynamic and effective quarterback in the NFC. After him it’s a declining Rodgers…Others may emerge this year but as it stands now Hurts is clearly number one in the NFC.

Why? Dude had a fantastic year on an offense that features some pretty mediocre weapons. Next on the list is probably some order of Dak, Geno Smith, Kirk Cousins, Tua. I think it's very reasonable to take Goff as the best of that grouping.

LOL, why do I think you’ll be scoffing at Hurts rankings for the next decade or so…. If we had of had hurts this season I think we would of gone to the Super Bowl. Goff had a heckuva season… With Detroit improving he could move up this list even further next year.

Agreed, and I wouldn't have much issue with any of them depending on the criteria used to make out the list. I just don't get the outrage over Goff. Guy had an excellent year and deserves some props after being bashed for the last couple seasons.

Honestly I don't think the difference in guys in the #10-20 range is all that much and it will always be a moving target. Even a guy like Derek Carr could get off to a hot start with a new team and have an argument to be in the discussion.

Stafford was great but I think he’s done. His arm looked so weak and a big arm was his thing.

No we dont goto the SB with Hurts. Oline and run game were nothing compared to what the Eagles had. To beat the Niners, all Hurts had to do was hand the ball off and and throw for 120 yards and 0 TD's.

Goff had a great year as a QB because he had a great Oline, a suck run game and lots of weapons. When Goff doesnt get great protection he faulters.

I think most of us would take Hebert. But again, the "stats are for losers, winning is all that matters" QB club isnt using the same logic with Herbert. If you dont like Dak because of the teams lack of success in winning and in the playoffs then you should like Herbert less.

It was the same way with people who thought Dak was better than Starfford.

Stafford was always an elite talent and he gets out of that loser of a football franchise and wins a Superbowlnin 1 year.

Well Herbert is twice the talent of both of both Dak and Stafford.
