There's been ZERO untalented QBs who were elite QBs, but I'd say you rank Dak pretty high, right? There has been a lot of talented qbs who weren't elite qbs.

Daniel Jones is better than Dak.Damn just realized D.Jones had a better rating and QBR then Dak.
Giants OL was trash tier a couple years ago and have improved but still...and his WR group is meh at best
You swap Dak and Jones and the Giants are a worse team and the Cowboys are just fine.Daniel Jones is better than Dak.
It’s not by a lot but his ability to run makes him a better QB.
Herbert and Lawrence are still improving and Lawrence was a top-five QB in the last half of the year.Yards and TDs, in this instance, aren't that impressive. They don't run the ball....at ALL.
SO anything they do is through the air. They have woefully underperformed for having the "4th" best qb in the league.
The way that people like Cowherd change their criteria for an "elite" qb is comical. Lawrence and Herbert have never done anything. Yet they are 3rd and 4th because they have long hair and big arms lol
I was hoping JJ to draft him ... too bad we stuck with what we haveHerbert has the most passing yards and TD passes in his first 3 seasons in NFL history.
He's not the problem with the Chargers.
As a person with a long hair... I agreeHerbert and Lawrence are still improving and Lawrence was a top-five QB in the last half of the year.
I bet 95% of this board would take big arms and long hair right now...lol
Disagree. Depends what you mean by talent? There's been ZERO untalented QBs who were elite QBs, but I'd say you rank Dak pretty high, right?
Exactly. You swap Dak and Jones and the Giants are a worse team and the Cowboys are just fine.
And you wonder why I don't think you have a clue how to rate qbs.Daniel Jones is better than Dak.

95% of this board wanted to trade our entire team for Carson Wentz too.Herbert and Lawrence are still improving and Lawrence was a top-five QB in the last half of the year.

And you wonder why I don't think you have a clue how to rate qbs.
You are probably still in the window where you can delete this...
Only people on this board, who have no idea what they are talking about and have huge agendas, think that.Daniel Jones is better than Dak.
He just is.

A couple of ticks on a rating this year doesn't change anything.
Well, you may want to look at them because there is nothing in DJ's career that would suggest he is even in the ballpark with Dak.I don’t need to look at numbers. Daniel Jones can make throws and plays with his legs that Dak just can not do.
But that’s why he was a top pick in the draft and Dak wasn’t.
Imagine if he had the team around him that Dak has… Then someone as poor at evaluating as you could even tell the difference then.
Well, you may want to look at them because there is nothing in DJ's career that would suggest he is even in the ballpark with Dak.
Classic example of a talented QB that underwhelms.
"Optimal"Their situations make a huge difference.
Dak has played in a optimal situation since he came to Dallas.
The Giants can’t block, have no receivers, and their star RB usually misses half the season or more.
They even let Jason Garrett run his basic offense with no creativity while having all those problems.
Lawrence just needs some weapons. Christian Kirk is his best WR.Herbert and Lawrence are still improving and Lawrence was a top-five QB in the last half of the year.
I bet 95% of this board would take big arms and long hair right now...lol
Your bias couldn't be clearer.Daniel Jones is better than Dak.
It’s not by a lot but his ability to run makes him a better QB.
BS, stop making things up.Their situations make a huge difference.
