Exactly...............Coop is not a Cowboy because he wound not get the Covid vaccine.............think Kyrie Irving for an NBA example.

Jerry went on his radio show and said Coop was not a team player.............that is why Coop is not a Cowboy
Cooper is not Here because one week Jerry decided to throw the Whole We corps under the bus to deflect blame from Dak . . . Cooper wasn't having it and Mr. Quiet and Stoic . . . Went Ham and spoke up

Its called "Black Kirk Cousins Gate" . . . And like any good publicist they deflected to Covid as being the reason

This year Micah spoke up . . . And as of yet no on is addressing the Elephant in the room . . . Because this time it is different . . . People keep saying Dak isn't going anywhere . . . But All I know is Micah is not going anywhere

Jerry knows Micah is the future and face of the franchise. . . . The Proverbial "It" has hit the fan and must and will ne addressed

Stay tuned

What's hilarious about this comment is, it went over his head, yet he thinks
his comment went over your head... lol

That's the problem when it comes to stupid people.
They're too stupid to realize they're stupid... lol
:hammer:
I have a theory he is senile . . . I

Man there are plenty of things you can say about Dak that are true, why focus on something that played out very publicly to everyone that is not true? AC is gone because he basically flew his middle finger in JJ's face and then missed games because of it.

you have to blame dak too for not thinking about the future and what winning would have done for him. When you make the money these players make you're set for life plus they theoretically have a college degree so even the lowest paid players should never be "broke" or unable too "put food on the table" if dak woulda just thought about things instead of crying about how he cant put food on the table with his rookie contract
He also gets the Cowboy QB Endorsements and after this He will have a great Announcer or "Talking Head" career Cowboys ate given preference (Written & Garret) are prime examples of being given a chance based upon playing for the star

By Him dictating the disastrous terms which were all Selfish in nature is the unfortunate result of a tarnished carear

Fans threw garbage at him at home . . . Micah threw shade on him after the game . . . And this year will not be business as usual if he does not improve (In which He Will Not)

The tell tale will be How they address the QB situation . . . There will be a lot of retreads and we still have Grier (Talented QB with NFL experience sitting and learning the system)

But it will have to be an open competition . . . Look what this team accomplished with Dak the Anchor . . . The QB carousal should benefit us this year

Doing what is best for yourself w/o regards to others is the very definition of selfish.

I just don't know about you guys.

It's really not fair to compare an NFL player with the average person. The average person's pay does not have a direct impact on everyone else around them. The average person isn't making millions of dollars to even have that choice at their disposal.

I don't blame Dak at all. But what we're seeing, and it's not just with Dak, is your average fan wants to win. Take Aaron Rodgers for example. What has he made, 300 million not counting endorsements. A man already bathing in gold coins, take a contract paying him 50M a year. Is it so terrible for a fan to hope he takes a team friendly deal so that they could win? Instead it's F the team, F Adams.

Similar in a way with Dak. Fans see him making 100M plus, they hold out the hope that he does something for the team. Because they see it as a ridiculous amount of money. Your average person doesn't have these options.

when has this f/o ever....EVER...gone after free-agents like you suggest?
deion....and thats it.

in the meantime...this deal doesn't prevent a committment to the run.

which,in my opinion...is a bigger problem.
Got burned on 2 wr ...Joey Galloway was one. The other I forget
Amari was the 3rd

Depending on how its written, you would need to shove tons of that to furture years in bonuses because base salaries will come into play even in a trade. NOW if you restructure trade and then he restructures with the other team...you may have something.. thats a ton of IF's though.
Have an open competition in training camp when he fails Bench Him and He will begging for this scenario

True and again ill say the gauruntee contract is what killed this, before this you could at least pull the lever "You aint living up to that contract" I get it injuries and such but they should have found another way to take care of players who got injured during a contract.

I agree with number one. What man doesn't want to get paid? He's the 8th highest paid player....so the other 7 QBs must be more selfish than Dak.
I looked it up Dak is listed as the 9th highest player, So if he is selfish there are 8 other QB more selfish than him. It more fig leaf to cover up their BS. You people just want him gone, period. Next year he should

drop at least to 12 highest paid, what will be your excuse for hating or wanting him replaced then. I can only imagine. If you people weren't so disgusting, you'd be funny. Great point Ranching

I said this in another thread... when have you ever heard the coaches come out of training camp and say "Dak looks bad at camp"....I get it but now explain to me why Zeke gets carries instead of Pollard, now ask yourself is there really going to be a competition?

Dak should not be blamed for Stephen’s ineptitude.

And Zeke is way more ridiculous than Dak

Stupid thread. Dak earned the contract. Someone was going to give him that money. Top 10 quarterback under the age of 30 at the time of signing.
Then we should have let someone else sign him. But all of those on ESPN including Stephen A were screaming "pay the man" so thats what JJ did. Now what are they saying?

Alien here are the replies you will be getting:
1. don't worry about another man's money
2. it was jerry's fault
3. cooper sucked
4. dumb thread
5. get all you can dak, screw the team

I think I covered it.
indeed . the typical replies defending dak. add to that another typical reply : all other options at QB are bad ,we are better off with Dak. LOL

His selfish team restricting 4 year contract is a major reason this team was hamstrung in the cap.

Prescott refused to give more years in the last contract so the team could at least absorb and keep players and weapons to get you passed the divisional round.

He did this so he could get a second bite at the Apple. Bravo Dak. Thanks!

Would Amari Cooper been around still? Would they have gone after other free agents?

Be a man Dak! You could not get to the Super Bowl with your arm and interceptions.

Sign a 7 year extension give the team some room to help you because you need it.
This is Jerry’s fault. How do fans not understand this?

Jerry gave him that contract, just as he gave Elliot that contract...the bottom line is Jerry is clueless. Neither Dak nor Elliot are worth even close to what they are paying them...
Like he doesn’t even understand the value in leverage in a negotiation, just always thought that having all the money would be enough
