100 out of 100 times I’m going Romo. Put Dak on Romo’s 8-8 teams, Dak goes 5-11. Put Romo on todays roster and Cowboys are 14-2 at worst now

Both are a SB champions.....and Wade surely isn't one because of Aaron Rodgers level talent on offense. These arguments just change depending on what the stance is. IF its to discredit to Dak then McCarthy is Bill Bellicheck. If its to discredit the Cowboys then McCarthy sucks and had time management issues.
I don’t agree. I don’t think a coordinator’s responsibilities in a SB year is comparable to a HC’s responsibilities. Norv Turner is not equal in achievement to Jimmy Johnson, Josh McDaniels is not equal in achievement to Bill Belichick in their championship years.

Wade was a completely dimwitted head coach in Dallas, and before Dallas. The music city miracle only happened because he made one of the dumbest QB decisions in NFL history. He is a schemer, that is his strength. A HC is so much more than that.

I don't have to do anything. You accuse me of being a liar then prove it?
Yup, deflection is lazy. You made the claim, you need to prove your claim, not me or anyone else. If I made a claim about anything, it would be up to ME to prove my claim, not deflect because you can. Lazy and weak.

I always find it funny that McCarthy doesn't get treated like a Super Bowl coach because there's the caveat that he had Aaron Rodgers at quarterback. If we go by that logic, Jimmy Johnson should not be given credit for Dallas' Super Bowls because he had Troy Aikman at quarterback. Same with Tom Landry ... didn't win a single Super Bowl without Roger Staubach at quarterback.
It's different with Aaron and Troy though. Troy Aikman was never considered the best QB of his time or the best QB in the league. He was considered a great QB among other great QB's. Aaron Rodgers is considered a generational talent and the best of his era. Phil Jackson faces the same criticism....he won nothing without Shaq, MJ or Kobe.

I didn't make the claim. HE MADE THE CLAIM. Keep up.

Depends on the year. You are correct if we're talking about 2015-2016 Romo. He was broken by then. Before that he started at least 15 games in six of eight seasons (and 13 in one of the other two). If we're talking about present-day Romo, I'm not sure he'd survive practice.
The broken older Romo was playing better than the younger Romo who was turning the ball over left and right. He was far too mistake prone earlier in his career to win big without a running game and inconsistent OL. Neither the younger or older Romo would have a lot of success with no running and OL that’s allowing constant pressure. It would have led to injuries and turnovers for the younger and older Romo. Romo never played as well as Dak has this season.

I wouldn’t criticize McCarthy for that; You need good players to be good. It’s what’s happened since I think where the majority of the question marks start popping up
But fans fail to look at the reason for what happened. In his first 11 years in Green Bay, McCarthy took his team to the playoffs nine times and the NFC Championship Game four (including the Super Bowl year).

Green Bay dropped off and he was fired after Rodgers broke his collarbone and missed most of the year and then played on a broken leg (and with a sprained knee) the next year.

Rodgers, appearing on ESPN Wisconsin radio, told the “Wilde and Tausch” show he played with a tibial plateau fracture and sprained MCL in his left knee.

Rodgers suffered the injury in the first half of last season’s opener against the Chicago Bears, and he was still dealing with it four months later.

A tibial plateau fracture is a break of the upper part of the shinbone.

“After the first quarter of the season, first game,” Rodgers said, ‘I really wasn’t 100 percent the entire year.”

Thats cool.

Give me the QB that plus just as good on the road as he does at home and can figure out how to read a zone defense
Lol Romo 46-31 at home for a winning percentage of .597
Away he had record of 46-33 for a winning percentage of .582

Dak is 43-15 with a winning percentage of .741 at home
Away his is 29-26 for .527
Romo's away record for playoffs is 0-3, Dak is 1-2
At least we had a home field advantage with Dak, that people have been complaining about not having for years

Agreed. However. My issue is the hero ball. Everyone likes to talk about the Dez catch. If Romo hits Beasely instead of throwing it to Dez we likely win that game.
Hey, WTH? A day or two ago, you said you were done having conversations with that poster and I told you that you just can't help yourself. Guess who was right.
