LOL... okay let's play..

ESPN's panel of "experts" says Dak was the 20th best PLAYER in the NFL entering the 2020 season.. There were 5 QBs ranked ahead of him on that list..

https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/29766900/nfl-rank-predicting-best-100-players-2020-nfl-season

1) Mahomes
3) Jackson
4) Wilson
10) Wilson
14) Brees
20) Prescott.

CBS Sports ranked him #5

https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/...-dak-prescott-crack-top-five-to-begin-season/

Sportsnaut.com had him at #7 and that was AFTER having his season cut short by injury.

nfl.com ranked him 16th with the caveat that the only reason they had him that low was he only played 5 games..

If you're into fantasy (I'm not) the top three QBs in fantasy points per game in 2020 were Patrick Mahomes (3), Aaron Rodgers (2) and .. drum roll please.. Dak Prescott (1).

I could go on but it would be pointless. I could list 20 sites and articles which place Dak in the top 10 and you'd still find some excuse for why they're wrong and the ones who say he isn't are right. By the way in my search I found way more saying he IS a top 10 QB than those saying he's not by about a 2 or 3 to 1 margin. YMMV.

When they have dak ahead of rogers and brady it shows they have no credibility.

So you are saying ESPN isn't a legit source? Hmm ok, how about a source you yourself quoted... BleacherReport. Are they creditable? Because they also have Dak in the top 10...

If they aren’t creditable in your opinion, then you're running out of legs to stand on, when every single news source says the same.

Hey Dad Iets deal with your Dak obsession and why you get upset if somebody does't think he is a great quarterback. So if someone doesn't think Dak is a great quarterback they have underline conditions? That sounds like you started your own Dak cult.
LOL.....you made my day. "hey Dad".....good one!

You seem to lack real confidence in yourself. you have shown a lot of self doubt. Why is that? Something happened to you?
Peace

Dak is 1-2 in the playoffs.

The Cowboys have never won a playoff game when the opponent scored 30 or more - not with Staubach, not with Aikman, or any other QB.

The opponent scored 30 or more in both of Dak's losses.

Until the Cowboys get serious about defense they'll keep coming up short, Dak or no Dak. It's been that way for 60 years.

Not just top 10 but top 5.. my goodness.. Tell me .. do you like your crow with salt and vinegar or just ketchup?
LOL. Ok you found some (just ketchup please), but when the have Dak ahead of Rogers(the MVP) they loose credibility. Even so Dak is paid the 2nd highest so he should be better than they rank him.

It could easily be argued that before his injury he was doing just that. I know people don't like to admit it but Dak was ballin last year and was on the verge of joining that top tier. I don't know if he was going to do it by the end of the season last year or be poised to do it this year.. but that was the way he was trending. I think there are a lot of things contributing to that..
1) His own maturity within the league.
2) His synergy with Kellen Moore and the offense.
3) Kellen Moore's own improvement.. Remember this will just be year three of being an OC for him.
4) Tyron and La'el back.
5) Another year with Cooper, Gallup and Lamb, not to mention getting Jarwin back to pair with Schultz ..
6) Angry Zeke running behind a healthy line (crossing fingers)..

Still the argument that a guy has to play where his salary ranks him is silly. Flacco didn't.. Cousins hasn't.. Garapolo hasn't.. Goff hasn't.. Wentz damn sure hasn't. Nor has Matt Ryan. Deshaun Watson "led" his team to 4-12.. Nice ROI on that deal huh? Dak doesn't have to do anything to make me happy with is play but figure out how to win games. The numbers don't mean jack to me. If he throws for 150 and 1 TD ever y game and we win true Cowboys fans will be ecstatic about it while some other softdomes will be in here complaining about how Dak isn't living up to his contract because his numbers are down. Yes... people are that stupid.

Flacco Cousins, Goff, Wentz and Garapolo are all overpaid. Doesn't mean the Cowboys should. When the vikings gave Cousins that contract I thought that was crazy. Same with Goff and Wentz. Those didn't turn out so well. We will see with Dak. He is coming off a bad injury and nobody knows how it will affect his game. I still think the Cowboys overpaid.
