LOL. Ok you found some (just ketchup please), but when the have Dak ahead of Rogers(the MVP) they loose credibility. Even so Dak is paid the 2nd highest so he should be better than they rank him.
It could easily be argued that before his injury he was doing just that. I know people don't like to admit it but Dak was ballin last year and was on the verge of joining that top tier. I don't know if he was going to do it by the end of the season last year or be poised to do it this year.. but that was the way he was trending. I think there are a lot of things contributing to that..
1) His own maturity within the league.
2) His synergy with Kellen Moore and the offense.
3) Kellen Moore's own improvement.. Remember this will just be year three of being an OC for him.
4) Tyron and La'el back.
5) Another year with Cooper, Gallup and Lamb, not to mention getting Jarwin back to pair with Schultz ..
6) Angry Zeke running behind a healthy line (crossing fingers)..
Still the argument that a guy has to play where his salary ranks him is silly. Flacco didn't.. Cousins hasn't.. Garapolo hasn't.. Goff hasn't.. Wentz damn sure hasn't. Nor has Matt Ryan. Deshaun Watson "led" his team to 4-12.. Nice ROI on that deal huh? Dak doesn't have to do anything to make me happy with is play but figure out how to win games. The numbers don't mean jack to me. If he throws for 150 and 1 TD ever y game and we win true Cowboys fans will be ecstatic about it while some other softdomes will be in here complaining about how Dak isn't living up to his contract because his numbers are down. Yes... people are that stupid.
