Andy Dalton was 4-5 as the starter in Dallas with a way worse OL than Dak who happened to notch only 1 win, unless you count the game Andy Dalton finished for him and won.

Dak played lousy. But let's get back in the land of reality. 1st the Cooper Rush example is the reason you had Jason Garrett as OC/Head Coach. The Redhead listened to his wife who told him to throw it up the Alvin Harper the rest is Cowboys infamy.

2nd Andy Dalton took over a game where Dak had the Cowboys in the lead, turn the ball over keeping the Giants in the Game and hit a pass to win it back. He is a back up QB, just like Chicago had to find out.

I am all for legitimate criticism like I give Jerry Dumbo GM Jones, and his Arlington Jonesboys. But let's not go into the imaginary our the Marvel multi universe ignoring the reality of the Arlington Jonesboys.

Dak played lousy (I said if he did not get the ball early/often to Cooper and the RBs, they would lose to the 49ers), Kellen called an awful game, NFL teams figured Moore's offense out by mid season, the big Blue M&M did not do anything to change a struggling offense, the Cowboys defense had turnovers but gave up 4.5 yards per carry, and not stopping the run will kill you against good teams as the Arlington Jonesboys lost to all playoff teams except the Denver Broncos who succeeded with running the ball on the Arlington Jonesboys just like the 49ers (who barely made the playoffs). Every team the Jonesboys lost to had better defenses or better defensive performance in game than the Jonesboys.

This poster shows why they are defending Dak tooth and nail. They can't even handle a back and forth where they are wrong. Of course if this poster had money they might need to have people supervising them to make sure they don't do anything drastic. I want you to point out where I said Dak shouldn't be criticized. I feel like all these back and forths between everyone is just you all missing the point i'm making, which is that I feel it is wrong to assume Dak and his family should just take these criticisms/comments and just be ok with it, and not have any negative feelings towards the media, fans, and whoever else isn't apart of the NFL. "Dak should've thrown to the open man instead of the guy being doubled" is a job criticism. "Dak should've handed the ball to the ref instead of to the center" is a job criticism..."Dak needs to continue working on his throwing motion to become more accurate" is a job criticism.

"Dak sucks" is not a job criticism, "Dak is a crybaby and needs to man up" is not a job criticism, "Dak and his brothers are clowns" is not a job criticism, "Dak needs to put a muzzle on his family" is not a job criticism, "Dak is overpaid trash who will never amount to anything great" is not a job criticism...these are personal attacks, can absolutely be put in the field of cyber-bullying, and they should not be lumped into criticisms on how he can be a better QB for this team. Someone who gets a job that indirectly puts them in the public eye, and their family should not be expected to accept any and everything said about them. That is the point i'm making.

Second, maybe you're responding to some many people that you're conflating arguments.

I've already acknowledged there is actual "cyber bullying" taking place. My point is that Dak and his family must assume that because he's performing his job in public he's going to be criticized.

Furthermore, we need a bit of clarification of interpretation. If someone says "Dak sucks" what do you think they're talking about? If they're talking about actual sucking because Dak has performed something on them, well, that's out of bounds. If in the context of football, that IS job criticism. They're basically saying he's no good at his job.

But that as it may, Dak understands what comes with being the Cowboys quarterback and what occurs when he under performs. He can choose to handle it how he sees fit. But that doesn't mean he's going to change anything while he's the quarterback of the most popular franchise in the world.
