Stupid responses are even worse,,, everything I posted was true.
Sorry if your love fest interferes with basic logic.

Except that it wasn't true, and you know it.

Let's just look at the first thing:

Tried to run on third and long? Uh no. He slid BEHIND THE LINE OF SCRIMMAGE. If you're going to troll, at least get some facts straight.

He would have no chance of having success on the senior tour playing against players who've dedicated their lives to professional golf. Romo hasn't won any celebrity tournaments that he's entered and hasn't qualified for any PGA tour events. He's a good golfer but he's not that good. There's athletes from other sports including football that are better golfers than him.

It's been done, while not alot, it has been done. Its a game of practice and time, he hasn't put the time forth to be good lately.

He was an undrafted QB and we are still talking about him. If anyone can do it, he could. We are talking about over a decade of practice here.

"Tony Romo shoots lower round than partner Tiger Woods"

you were saying? lol

That was five years ago when Tiger Woods was was beginning to have a lot of injury issues and his game was going in the toilet. Shooting one lower round than a great player isn't going to make you a great golfer. Check and see who played better for all four rounds. Golf is all about consistency and putting 4 good rounds together.

What former athlete from another professional sport became a successful professional golfer? Rick Rhoden gave professional golf a try and had little success. He's had a lot of success on the celebrity tour but not on the professional tour.

Some reports are the Cowboys were getting ready to release him so he can retire and go into broadcasting ??? That makes no sense .. why release him ? Just have him retire and we obtain his rights , releasing him and we don't ..
I will believe it when Tony says it in a presser :. Could be another move to force another team to blink then trade
We'd rather have the flexibility with his $ than his rights. The league has already proven his rights aren't worth a bag of apples.

All you can do is try. If your good, you can have a good weekend and finish high on the board.

If he does retire, and I was him, I would play golf every time I'm not broadcasting. The money is there, especially for him, but I'm not sure he wants to put in the work. He could live somewhere and put a driving range or green in his backyard.....I had that. If you want to do it, you can, he has that money. Question is what he wants to do.

With his money, I would probably sleep half the week and be on tv, Sundays. Depends on his mind.

Romo might pull a Belichick still but I think the odds of that happening now after his Instagram post is about .001%, lol.

Really? Jerry is catching crap from you because he didn't know back when he made that comment that Tony was going to retire on April 4, 2017???

He said this a little over a year ago. Get real.

You don't need to be a psychic to see the writing on the wall, a year out....
