Well, responsibility should start with this organization. Supply your franchise QB with some bona-fide weapons and a decently good/healthy Oline, along with much better coaching and playcalling. You know just like the 49ers and Eagles have done for their QBs.
His salary eats up more than a third of the cap space if I'm not mistaken. How do you surround him with anything but a chicken-wire fence when he's taking all the cash?

They released Mike White that was the closest thing to competition based on recent performance with the Jets.
Mike White absolutely sucked when he got released. He showed some promise his rookie year during the summer but the following summer he sucked! No one on the board was complaining when we released him. Based on his recent performances with the Jets I agree he would’ve been competition but unfortunately he didn’t show anything with the Cowboys.

That 1st INT he had, he sits down and just stares at the tablet for 10 minutes. I mean *** are you looking at bro, the nearest receiver was 10 yards up the field.

That's Dak for you, Humphry, always looking for improvement.
After every INT you can see him on the bench, furrowed brow, looking steadily at his tablet. No coaches allowed. Anything but looking his coaches in the eye.

A shot at Dak or a simple statement of fact?

I don't know why so much gets read into comments like this. Dak had two turnovers, Dallas had too many penalties, and the Cowboys lost by seven. We all saw it. The Cowboys reported it.

SHOTS FIRED AT DAK!!
i am NOT letting Dak off the hook BUT with under 2 minutes left in the 1st half, 2nd and 2, why not run? You eat clock, you lesson chance of interception, and you get the ball back to start the 2nd half! Worse case scenario you have to kick a field goal.

Go get a brain seriously, you’re part of the problem. That you can’t see he had protection all night, had wide open wr, under-threw and over
-threw two touchdowns obviously means you are blinded by the your own fantasy. Too bad 40+ million doesn’t get you extra weapons as that won’t solve anything. You need to put money into the defense and make him swim on his own, earn his keep. Fact is Dak sucks dak sucks dak sucks
Can you say that Dak sucks 100 more times? 3 times wasn't enough.

By the way, what overthrows for TDs?

Very true, but Jerry caused Dak's big overpaid contract when he franchise tagged Dak twice at the end of Dak's rookie contract simply because Jerry was unsure.

Anyone who thinks this is normal is just fooling themselves. They literally singled out Dak in the tweet, and although it's true the organization isn't supposed to say that.

No worries Jeff. See the picture of him ?
He is the one updating our twitter account.

Doing everything: playoff game, throwing TDs, INTs, fumbling and maintaining twitter. The man is in the best shape of his life!
Dont you think we spent 160 mils for a bum.

That’s pretty low rent, regardless of how you feel about Dak. That’s not how an organization (NFL franchise or otherwise) should operate. Reprimanding employees in public is always poor form.
But this is what happened, the QB turned the ball over and that lost the game for the team. SF is undefeated this year when winning the TO ratio and they won it last night 2-1.

You know your QB sucked donkey balls when a simple factual summary of the game is considered a public reprimand, LOL!

Yes I agree this isn't normal. the fact that it hasn't been taken down yet is even more surprising. I'm actually glad some heat is being put on Dak but I also wish the offical website would show a picture of Diggs purposefully whiffing on Kittle with a caption, "not everyone played as hard as they could have".

I feel Jerry letting this tweet go undeleted is putting Dak on blast. I don't feel it's the best way to handle things and a little inappropriate. The best way to put Dak on blast is to bring in a young QB to compete with him. I'm against public shaming and now that I've had time to think about it I don't like the tweet much. But if you're going to put Dak on blast for his poor play in a public manner then you have to do the same for Diggs. Believe me I am no fan of Dak right now, he played like "diddly poo" but at least he tried hard. His mistakes weren't due to lack of effort. Diggs didn't try hard and that pisses me off. Diggs should be the one put on blast IMO. Diggs effort was pitiful. We, fans and media, want to blame the QB for everything but Diggs' 2 to 3 plays of poor effort and execution was just as bad as Dak's play. JMO and ranting about my disappointment in Diggs. Again not a Dak fan but he sucked but not because of lack of effort. Diggs sucked because of lack of effort. Can't win in the playoffs with lack of effort.

When you can say that Kelvin Joseph tried harder and made more plays than Diggs in the most important game of the year, we have a problem. That's a bad indictment of Diggs right there. Okay, rant over.

This tweet could be the start of the smear campaign to get Dak to lift his no trade clause. The flag station’s biggest Dak talking head fan RJ Choppy turned on Dak yesterday. I am interested to listen to shows like the Break and Talking Cowboys to hear their thoughts. Dak has literally been thrown into the fire next season. Everything he does next season will be scrutinized worse then anyone that I have ever seen. We talking about the Dereck Carr situation in Oakland or Baker Mayfield in Cleveland on steroids. He not only has to win the Super Bowl but he will have to be league MVP as well. This is an impossible task. Dak and the Cowboys are done. It may take the Joneses 2 more seasons to see it though.
