If this happened, this would be a serious gut punch to the Dallas Cowboys and leave them without a starting RB to start this 2024 offseason.

Should Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys find a way to keep Tony Pollard?
Dude your posts about DQ and Washington are becoming tiresome , maybe it's time for you to change teams and change jersey seems like you're a big fan of Dan Quinn and all the losers that have caused or at least part of the problem last year they're leaving and you're somehow thinking we can't do well without them....
FYI nobody here thought Tony Pollard was going to be here in 2024, nobody wants him back, he was an overrated $10 million running back that should only be used as a backup... he is basically a tweener the man needed to be utilized as a third down change of pace back or at least not the first option,
he's a dime a dozen guys like him in the draft you could get in the fourth round just like we got him, why is this a big deal ???? especially the fact that you believe everything you read as if everybody who leaves the Cowboys are now going to Dan Quinn and somehow we had one of the worst run games in the league you're gonna blame the offensive line and you're gonna blame the play caller but no Tony Pollard is not up to a #1 running back level and it does not empty our room that's the bad thinking that got us a $10 million backup running back this year they were afraid to allow Dalton Schultz Ezekiel Elliott and Pollard to leave all in the same offseason so they kept him in two our detriment...
By the way maybe you don't know this but the running back room is the easiest one to rebuild in an offseason you can go into the draft to get your new #1 you can get a mid-level guy for $2,000,000 or under to do what Tony Pollard did last year.. Swift only made 3mil last year tony 10 they had similar stats.
And to reiterate like I said at the beginning of this everyone is ready to move on from pretty much our entire running back room it's a year or two too late because of thinking like this you're scared it's gonna leave a hole at running back just about any running back we'd have brought in last year that had any tell it all could have done what Tony did..FACT
the fact is he barely surpassed what Ezekiel Elliott on one leg his last two seasons did here and everyone wanted to run him off because they thought he made too much money for what he was bringing how is that not Tony Pollard last year you can't even get the touchdowns you know hard it is to get 12 touchdowns in this league it's so hard that fans thought it was easy if you just moved out Elliot that Tony power would instantly get those touchdowns and you know what he did not neither did Rico neither did anybody else on this team part of our problem last year on offense was being one-dimensional because we hardly had a run game it barely had a heartbeat we're probably ranked like 16th in the league and running and you want that guy back hey let him go to Washington....BYEEEEEE!
