Apparently I’m looking at someone who doesn’t know anything about football and thinks you can directly compare statistics 13 years apart. And that isn’t what you said anyway, you have moved the goalposts. You said two seasons.
There is no way to compare cumulative seasons across time and Dak’s 2016 season was the best statistical season of either of the two’s careers. But Carr’s 2004 season is easily better than Dak’s 2017 when you adjust for the era. Not even close really.
I was being nice and picked the best Carr, feel free to get your era adjustment calculator out. I'm waiting.

Romo had Garrett calling plays and no running game.

It was Linehan calling plays for Dak with an all-pro line.

The imaginary excuses you give for Dak were actually real with Romo.
Romo' s best season was with Murray playing lights out. Great running backs help make a QB better, especially a young one.

David Carr 38 -_- im sorry by time Dak in his 30s he should be significantly more accurate. Hes 24. Lets let this dude grow up a bit. Romo had two years completely under the radar before being tossed into the fire. Tired of people complainin bout Dak like we were expecting to get Romos back broke.

One off season and fans jump ship. And he was bad but after watching the super bowl and the solid head coach the eagles have, how can u not blame our system and receivers for a large amount of his struggles this year.

He was garbage his last year and his stats were padded by beating awful teams. He sucked against the SEC in particular. He was bad and his scouting reports all attest to this as well.
False.

Dak hit the last 2 deep targets..what are people talking about? Carr even skidded one off the ground.

You guys are nuts. Remember Romo on that dumb sports show couldn't even get one ball through the tire. This doesn't mean a thing.

Click on advanced passing. Use the glossary for an explanation. The short version is that all of the stats are normalized for that season with 100 being average. Example: Roger Staubach’s rating of 84.9 in 1978 is below average today, but it was the best rating in the league that year. His passer rating index that year was 126. In 2017 Blake Bortles had a nearly identical passer rating of 84.7, which is below average in 2017. His passer rating index was 95.

This guy...

Denver laid out the blue print on how to beat us.

Stack the box, stop the run and make them pass the ball.

Dak is a complete joke! Teams basically hope that he throws the ball because they know he sucks!

The way defenses play us shows you what kind of player Dak is.

Back to sleep, Snow White.

Thought this has been beaten to death that Dak is a terrible practice QB but when it’s game day with the lights on he lights up

But hey hitting stationary targets and I’m sure dak had a few adult beverages before this

People still don't get it do they? If Dak was sooo good at throwing the ball like you said teams would try to limit the passing game. Outside of third when the double Beasley and Witten they stack the box a lot and Dak isn't reading along with throwing enough to make them pay. What D coordinator has tried that game plan with Brees, Brady, Rodgers type QB? Even the 13-3 year it was happening with the better defenses but most didn't care because of the record. People need to be realistic with themselves if a QB is that good the gameplan wouldn't be about stopping the run.

Denver had the blueprint to stop Garrett's offense, the same way the Lions did in the first half of the playoffs in 2014. Had that game been play in the D, the Cowboys wouldn't have scored more than 13 points

So what does it mean if Dak can't even throw it accurately under "easy" conditions? Yikes

A Dak accurate throw under easy conditions

That's one of your underachieving all pro linemen flat on his ***.

Can David Carr do that, Super K!

Told ya. I don't lie. Very accurate. Carr do that? Carr lovers?

But it can't be accurate, Williams had to get his body in position to catch it! Exactly. And that's part of the many problems!
