How many scouts do you have working for you? How much film have you reviewed? How many years have you been working evaluating talent? What special insights do you have into the Cowboys' personnel needs?

Have you seen the results of our "professionals" over the last 20+ years?

6 interior OL doesn’t make much sense. So either someone or some people are going or TFred is a long shot to be back.

Like if Collins gets moved tomorrow for a 4th or 5th round pick, then I start to see the logic.

I like McGovern as a player. I just don’t see where he fits with all the interior guys they have.

Dane also missed the fact Rapp ran 4.7 in high school. Those poor times are consistent.

Why use your second best pick for a guy that you might need two seasons from now?

I don’t get the pick because they are drafting like they have a complete roster and just need some backups and a guy they might be able to use two years from now.

Yea 2 playoff wins and in that same timespan 0 real investment in safeties..coincidence? Meanwhile our starting no hips having safety literally in front of all of America loses us a playoff game on 3rd n 7. 2 Years before that Byron Jones(at S) was beat to lose that playoff game. This isn’t rocket science.

If a kid comes in for interviews and blows you away--negatively. Would you still take him anyway? Gardner-Johnson appears to have done the same thing with all 32 teams.

This FO has wasted so many pics on DL over the years because they take risks on guys like Gregory, Irving, Taco, etc that it's always a need. So instead of looking to get a quality Safety we take ANOTHER risk on a head case DT that can't get along with his coaching staff.

Two seasons?.....he could start this year over Looney but he doesn't have to..... it is called depth and how you build a team

The more I read about these kids the better I feel about this draft. I wanted a FS and TE and DE. I wanted WR Metcalf. We shall see .

Hill doesn't have any issues like Gregory/Irving. He just didn't fit in with a new coaching staff. Cowboys looked into it and didn't see a problem.

People are mad that McGovern can't contribute in 2019, but looking at the draft board, who could we have picked instead who would've contributed.

I like Miles Boykin, who went right after us. Legit 99th percentile NFL athlete who might even make it as the third receiver. And Chauncey Gardner has the talent to start at safety, but I guarantee you he is falling for a reason; the league knows something there that we don't. Other than those two, I'm not seeing much.

He wasn't expected to start either and he was a high pick. He didn't start for several games, when Lee got banged up.
