It's illegal at the federal level. Disagree if you like, but that's far from "outdated".

You can call it moving the goal posts if you like. I'd be more inclined to believe you don't understand the policy and have no desire to understand the policy. If an exemption is available and you choose not to seek it, don't complain if you are punished later.

I understand the policy quite well, just don't agree with all aspects of it. They adjusted the positive testing limits a few years ago, moved the goalposts as it turned out.

The alleged was a bit much, old fellow -- just to not rush to judgment, that's all. If we start nitpicking all our words, pretty soon all the nits will be gone. And then what will we do with all the spare time?

I didn't know that he had failed so many. He is history. They can move on from him now. Gregory is just stupid. Pot is not a drug that causes addiction. He is doing the drug just to get high. What looked like a draft steal is turning into a wasted pick. I rifn't realize that the problem had become so severe since he has been a Cowboy. I think the guy has Rome kind of mental problems TBH. I am concerned about the back injury as well. This can turn into a career killer if he is not careful. I have not read about what type of back surgery he had, but the best back surgery is bad.
