they are sending Jefferson with the team but no assurances they activate him to 53, thats another cut plus the Vet QB another cut.

We will only dress 3 WR's - JMO

If Jerry cant do any better than this drafting O-Linemen. he needs to just stop doing it. use nfl free-angency to get your linemen. we have wasted a 2nd on Jacob Rodgers. and two number 3,s on Martin and Peterman.plus a wasted number 2 pick on Anthony Fasano. and a wasted 4th on skyler Green. and do not forget the wasted first round pick on Bobby carpenter.thats just way to many high round picks that were wasted. it will come back to bite us sooner or later.

Not bad, not great... But when you have four of the six picks playing solid contributing roles going into their 2nd year, then I'm not sure I can complain TOO loudly.

This is very encouraging. For this staff to cut a third rounder not only lets you know they'll do what they need to do roster wise... but that they're comfortable enough and secure enough to do so.

It lets you know they're not just keeping guys because they were a high pick.

We havent had much luck drafting offensive linemen as of late. That needs to change if we are going to have continued long term success. We cant afford to keep throwing away 2nd and 3rd round picks on guys who arent even serviceable back ups.

My bad, I meant the 2007 draft. Glad you guys didn't notice.

Spencer is like Mike Jenkins in this respect. They'll prolly contribute alot, but we almost forget they were picked sometimes.

Sorry about forgetting Hos' favorite player, Folk.

Overall I rate the draft as solid, and not sexy.

I think the last 10 drafts have produced 1 starting olman. My question is why now? This came a week too late. Its the same bs roster moves jerry made back in the day. This team will always have this problem as coaches try to keep their jobs by givin praise to jerry draft bust.
