and you say it concerns you that Wade and Garrett are unable to control practice.....any team play, business function , or military operation requires discipline and timing.....well youve already said timing is over rated so that kinda screws the rest of the order
blah blah blah. Spare me the maturity crap. The ones that talk that garbage are typically the ones worried about that. I personally could care less.
If youre 50 and a moron then youre still a moron. I'd rather be young and productive. If me wearing my hat backwards and liking to play video games make you feel more 'mature' more power to you.
Youre the one that makes the 5 minutes important. How is it selfish on my part if I don't agree with that? I am supposed to think like you do and if I don't then I'M the one thats selfish? Whats good for the goose is good for the gander. That 5 minutes could mean money to me.
I am well aware of how many places operate and in order to be socially acceptable you have to obey social norms. OTOH I reserve my right to think that production is much more important than punctuality. Personally i think its backwards when people get fired for being late while unproductive people retain their positions. Quite frankly its stupid.
I am not saying that time is unimportant. Its place on the hierarchy is skewed. Unfortunately I have a feeling that trying to have a meaningful discussion with you is a waste of time so I'm just going to leave it at that.
Oh and just because you cannot conceive of a manner in which temporal order is not paramount and still maintain discipline does not mean its not possible.
