If Garrett's been marginal running his offense, there are a ton of awful OCs around the league.

There isn't an outcome on Sunday that would make me want a new head coach. Or defensive coordinator, for that matter.

Me either. Unfortunately you have people who refuse to believe we lack the necessary talent to compete for a SB and just think it's coaching. It doesn't matter we can have Bill Belichek as our coach and we still wouldn't win anything until the roster is significantly upgraded.

Depends on this off season. If it goes the way I think it will, 2012 is not at all out of the realm of possible.

You didn't ask me but let me give you my answer.

When we give him the talent to do it.

The pieces are in place at head coach, OC, DC, the skill positions are set. We just need reinforcements along both lines and we'll be serious contenders every year.

He's getting the Sean Payton treatment. Remember how Sean sucked and was overrated and we didn't need him? Yeah, that worked well.

Garrett's been brilliant designing this offense with the talent he's been given.

You're reaching.......Maybe to you he sucked but I remember a guy who was a hot commodity as a future HC and he turned down an offer to coach the Raiders, stayed with the Cowboys and went to NO the following year. Not sure you can call that "overrated" but if it is, give me a few of those guys.

The only coach on the Cowboys that might even sniff a head coaching job is Rob Ryan and even then I wouldn't put money on it.

How do you think it will? I think we need a major overhaul on the interior of the Oline, and secondary. Not sure we can accomplish that in one year.
