That's not it. 3 WR is the most common package in the NFL for most teams. Chiefs use 3 or 4 WR 73% of the time...and they ain't needing to catch up much. Bills were @71% and they were a top team. Just today's football.

But teams still pass more when they're losing. If we're winning, we should expect to be passing less, particularly to WRs.

Maybe, but we don't know for sure. Again, he has to grow in order to be able to do the things that Gallup does. I don't think he's ever going to be as strong as Gallup is but time will tell.

The difference is that Gallup is working hard to prove he is a WR1 in this game, and Coop is good with the fact that he has already been anointed as one.
