that is a tough break for them.

Now more than ever the stadium has to be deafening this sunday.

The exchange from center with a new guy is tough as it is, if there are 95000 screaming fans it makes it even that more difficult...

My thoughts exactly. I'm hoping this results in at least two fumbled exchanges by the Eagles on Sunday. :D

Yep.

When he came into the game, there were some miscues.

:laugh2:

Well, the stadium isn't full of four year olds...is it?

More than anything it will effect their screen passes, which is a vital part of their offense. There is no way you slide 360 lbs. Nick Cole to center and move 3,000 lb. Max Jean Giles to guard and still keep the same effectiveness out in space on screen passes.

Also, McNabb definitely tweaked his hamstring on Sunday. Not enough to put him on the sidelines, and maybe not enough to severely limit him, but maybe enough to put in the back of his mind and keep him from fully cutting it loose out of the pocket.

Really tough time for an ACL. Probably won't make it back until the midlle of 2010.

Just heard on 610 WIP that he has torn his ACL and is done.

Saw that during the game. Thought it was either the ACL or an Achilles. He went down immediately.

I remember Jamal Jackson's 1st NFL start was against the Cowboys. Everyone thought Laroi Glover would have a huge day against the untested undrafted FA Jackson, but that hardly ws the case. Jackson whooped Glover in the trenches all day and has gone on to have a good career thus far.

The more I think about this, the less I think it'll matter.

The Philadelphia DeseanJacksons should still be able to beat us.

Because in Madden/Fantasy Football world, WR's are way, way, way more important than offensive linemen.

I'm sure you understand my comment was made tongue in cheek, right?

Well, seing as how most of the outside world has already penciled in the Eagles as the NFC East Champs, I'm not sure this injury really matters. Why even play the game?

That is too bad. No doubt Wade calls a few more blitzs up the middle though!

NFC East Champs? Nay, they have already been crowned the best team in the entire conference already. They should just get handed the Halas trophy right now.

don't know that it makes a huge difference ... Eagles are very good at developing OL.
