I have doubts about two alpha personalities like Deion and Jerry working together, but it would be the media and ratings splash Jerry loves.

He wouldn’t Baby Dak that’s for sure!

Again, for all the hoopla this creates, works perfectly from the club's end. We all understand what Deion's getting out of this.

This is a man who holds court with the media at the same time the head coach has postgame pressers. I just can't see a world in which Jerry gets upstaged by someone else in his organization.

But we can all chase this story while it has legs. The Cowboys FO are the Lombardi winners every year in this particular arena.

How would this relationship work? We know that Dak is loved by people in the organization and he's the face of this team. Would Deion be allowed to coach up Dak and discipline Dak if needed?? Discipline meaning take him out of games, criticize him, get on him during practices etc, without Jerry meddling in?

We saw how Deion did his son, so why would he have any issues getting on Dak, if he can discipline his son, he should be able to discipline Dak and not feel bad! Please give your thoughts

Micah is the other face or main face (but this is about Dak), I think Micah would run through a wall for Prime!!

How much of it can he change realistically, what's he going to tell players if they don['t listen they don't play??? Or they won't start??? Too much money involved. As far as practicing etc I believe MM may have been too nice on them, he can change things in the locker room to make players more focused

I do think Jerry would give Deion more leeway for awhile. Players would certainly be more intimidated by Deion more than some of these other clowns we've had with the headset.

Well if Deion has success and starts getting all the credit, Jerry will say he's "not having fun" and run Deion out. Won't take long most likely even if Deion has mediocre success and gets more attention than Jerry. Jerry can only take it for a brief period. We have a lot of evidence on that.
