there is no doubt...he would have the locker room day one.
i also like having a head-coach who delegates play calling to his co-oridinators.
and...he's one of the few that could chew their ***** and they'd listen.
My biggest question with Deion as a coach would be that he is a staff builder type, with few NFL coaching connections.

I have doubts about two alpha personalities like Deion and Jerry working together, but it would be the media and ratings splash Jerry loves.
Jerry is not an alpha! He is a damn narcissist that wants to try and be one. Now, Deion is and I think he would be cool as a coach. One of the greatest athletes the world has ever known, most likely one of the all time best.

i dont know if he would want to bring his staff from cu...or if he has other ideas.
im sure he would try to get zimm to stay as dc.
off. coord i don't know.
but i like having a hc who is not calling plays.
unless his name is tom landry of course.
but i'd love for someone with prime conncetions to start talking about potential staff...especially on offense.
zimmer is an easy dot to connect.

I could see him trying to keep Zim as at least a bridge

Honestly at this point this is who I want.

Probably Zimmer would be DC which is fine and heck if he brought Shurmur with him from CU that’d be fine by me as the OC.
