If Prime is allowed to assemble his own staff and not have the Wittens or whoever else Jerry has in mind forced upon him, he is the best candidate of the realistic possibilities I've seen.

Of course he would take the job. In three years go from Jackson St to being an NFL HC.

At Colorado there were quite a few talented HS prospects who wanted to play for Prime. Transfer portal and NIL attracted some more.

But in the NFL the draft is what it is. And with FA, dont think many NFL players will be attracted by getting to play for Deion. Not to mention there is a cap and a cheap FO.

No legit NFL team would hire Deion as HC. But of course we are talking about Jerry and the Cowboys and the show must go on.

i also like having a head-coach who delegates play calling to his co-oridinators.
