I don't think Deion would get the job, but I don't mind him being the Coach. I mean, if Jerry wants the CEO type of HC, Prime can handle all the non football stuff that comes with the Cowboys.

We have been living a disaster for 20 years. It's time for a shock to the system.
you know the more im watching this lazy conservative crap we've been handled for last 15 years. I'm now ok with WildCatter going all in for last 1 hurah and Signing Deion and letting him do his thing. see if it does anything else different. NOT sure how the team is going to play BUT we will be entertained for sure.

Honestly I'd take Prime over the Zimmer or Kellen Moore hire I'm afraid will actually happen. He would at least be a disciplinarian and wouldn't tolerate the losing mentality we've had around here. Also could mean the end of Dak, though I'm not sure Shadeur would be an upgrade. At least he'd be cheaper if you can somehow get Dak to waive the no trade clause. The Deion hire would be so dependent on who the coordinators are, and he might actually publicly call out Jerry if he's cheap in FA and shorts the team on personnel. I'm still hoping for Aaron Glenn.

I love Prime and would love to have him as a HC.

He will absolutely need the right coordinators but would actually be able to command respect while Jerry is being Jerry.

Leader of men is more important than XO.

I think Jerry knows that McCarthy returning wouldn’t sell, and neither will Kellen Moore.

However, unless the FO makes some serious philosophical changes…and quickly…these next few years aren’t going to be good ones no matter who the coach is, and I really don’t want to see Prime be deemed a bad NFL HC due to Jerry and his kids cheapness and incompetence.

But, I’d expect this to happen.

Once again, the Cowboys are a marketing organization, not a football team. This move would be very on brand for what they are.
Exactly, and Prime is the most marketable HC Jerry could ask for. People you forget how trash of a GM he is for awhile.

My other concern with Deion is when he took the Jackson St job, he said God told him to take it. Is he gonna check in with the big fella again prior to coaching in Dallas? I'd like to be sure things are aligned.

Having God guide ones life is a pretty good way to live, more people should try it.

Sign me up.

He'll either be a spectacular success or a spectacular failure.

Either way, what do we really have to lose?

At the very least, he won't the Jones boys' yes-man. Deion's doing things his way, period.
Ah, what happened to your English? Go re-read your English book again.

Hey, everyone, he won't the Jones boys' yes-man.
