We’ve all been waiting for Jethro and this dysfunctional organization to get lucky. And not many have been more critical than I have of this era. Many who have argued with me have said we just need Jethro to get lucky.

I’ve always said you need to know when to recognize when it’s time to appreciate greatness. And that I would welcome leading the cheers once it arrived . Well, I’m here to say our lotto winning ticket has arrived .

Parsons is impacting games like we haven’t seen in this era . We had all been hoping one of our QB’s would be enough to elevate us to greatness which has never happened although they have propped up an otherwise dormant franchise this era . But this kid is a generational talent. He can carry the weight of this franchise.

Our 1st MVP caliber talent since Emmitt. This kid if we can surround him with enough and keep him healthy could take us all the way. Shoot, he’s elevating everyone around . We may not need much more. Just get out of the way and or don’t hinder it.

We have some awesome HOFamers in our history on defense but none single handed who took over games like this. I sit and gaze in disbelief that he’s on our team. And all because our original draft picks were snagged right in front of us. How lucky is that.

We should all get on our knees and be thankful that Jethro’s golden goose may have finally arrived . Hopefully the old coot doesn’t find a way to screw this up.
we'll see. The Bears were supposed to dominate for years when they had Roquan Smith and Khalil Mack and they didnt go anywhere with that

I know he most often lines up like a DE. Is he officially a DE, or an OLB or just LB? Cowboys site have him listed as LB.
He is officially a LB
But he is going up against OL quite a few plays .
That's gotta be hard on his body as those dudes
Outweigh him by a lot!

#1 VHII (Sentimental reasons. First concert and first album I heard from them)
#2 VHI
#3 Women and Children First
#4 Fair Warning
#5 Diver Down
#6 1984

I'm a rabid Diamond Dave era VH fanatic. I love Sammy in Montrose and most of his solo stuff, but Van Halen with him sounds like two totally different bands. Too much of a polished pop style for me. But a lot of 70's rock bands went that direction in the mid to late 80's. Aerosmith, Def Leppard and ZZ Top, even Guns N' Roses a few years later.

I think Wolfie is a great musician, but the music is not my style. I really like that first song he came out paying a touching tribute to his dad. Even though it's not my style of music it's impossible not to like it because of what the song is about.

It's fairly clear he's on another level. I'm not sure what else needs to be proven.
Rex Ryan was talking about Parsons on ESPN’s Get Up yesterday morning. He said that while he coached one of the great defences of all time with the Ravens, nobody on that defence was as good as Micah. Including Ed Reed and Ray Lewis.

I'm not trying to change your mind. It's simply my opinion.
Since I gave Parsons a lot praise I would hope you are not trying to change my mind.

As I said, I do not think you read my post, at least not all of it.

Yeah, I go with the Diamond Dave era too, but I still LOVE some Sammy stuff like Pleasure Dome, Black and Blue, and Don’t Tell Me.

My music is varied—Sabbath, Zeppelin, Kiss, Queen and Pink Floyd to Soundgarden and Alice In Chains and STP to Steely Dan and Tom Petty to Queens of the Stone Age, King’s X, and Monster Magnet. Check out my radio station: guitargodradio.com

They need to let him rest and heal on games we can afford to lose. Or he will be Zeke.

Hopefully he will win DPOY this year. And many more.

It's possible that he will be the best defensive player in the history of the franchise if he stays healthy.

big dog---- Ok we Octa-Platted the Rams...should we Heka-Plat the Sheagles?

The thing with Parsons is he takes over games even when he isn't part of making the play.

Like when Jason Hatcher had his great year... it was because the offenses were concerned with managing Ware.

Many people complained that Ware wasn't doing good... I think it was the 2013 season. But, he was the reason Hatcher had success.

Parsons and DLAW are the reason this defense is successful.

I was watching a bunch of video on the Rams game...

If any of you guys watch the film... you know LVE could be making massive plays as well. He actually
reads the offense well. But, he doesn't commit, he plays it too safe. He actually has great instincts on
how the play will go. If he actually acted on his instincts, he would have an insane amount of TFLs.

It is a shame he doesn't commit, and prefers to let the play last longer to confirm what he thought
would happen.

But Parsons... that dude is hungry. He is starving... He has hunger pains lol...

I saw on one of the shows they said coach asked him if he could still goo with that groin. I guess
Parsons told the coach if I am still alive I can go lol.

That is what I want to hear! HAHA

mr Zero---- yes for some odd reason LVE gets in position then hesitates.....watched on one of the film studies of the game....in 2018 LVE shot in..no hesitation....just wonder the whole "neck" scare

may be in his head still?

And about 95 percent of the couch GMs here would've too. NO ONE knew he would become a monster pass rusher.

ya its crazy....he did not learn monster pass rush moves in college.....did you see Parsons with one arm knock the RT almost over....he is fast as the road-runner and strong as an OX

and fakes out OL out of their jocks...double or triple team him and all the other guys getting home and he still blows past triple teams for sacks , pressures and hurries

Same here. It's varied for me too. The first seven bands you mentioned, and I'll replace the rest with Accept, Judas Priest, Hank Sr, Marty Robbins and Kenny Rogers.

And I'll check out your site.

Judging from the name of your radio station, do you play guitar? I played bass for many years.

Micah Parsons can't do it alone and he doesn't have to. He has a pack of wild dawgs helping him. If we had an offense this good we would cruise to multiple Super Bowl titles.
