ya its crazy....he did not learn monster pass rush moves in college.....did you see Parsons with one arm knock the RT almost over....he is fast as the road-runner and strong as an OX

and fakes out OL out of their jocks...double or triple team him and all the other guys getting home and he still blows past triple teams for sacks , pressures and hurries

Heck yeah, brother. I seen that breakdown video. He's an alpha and he plays like one. He's the heart and soul of our team right now.

@GORICO @ESisback and @TheMightyVanHalen

You guys got to get into some real music here. I'm talking late 80's early 90's music. Real music. You guys need a little:
NewEdition
Troop
Ready for the World
Hi Five
Tony Tony Tone'

And of course, the king of all music, the King of Pop: Michael Jackson

Brother I was born, raised and still live on the eastern side of the SE Side of San Antonio, so I'm cultured. Out of what you listed, I'll replace Michael Jackson with Prince, New Edition with the Geto Boys and I'll throw in The Commodores, Chaka Khan, Billy Ocean and every Motown song ever recorded. I play bass and I think the world of James Jamerson and Nathan East.

mr V.Halen----can you give preditction of cowboys vs Sheagles.?....3rdEye said 21-14 cowboys

Last game I said 23-16 Cowboys and I was close. This game I'm going 26-18 Cowboys. Philfty gets a last minute TD and makes a two point conversion to cut it to a one score game. Onside kick fails.

GO COWBOYS!!

Nice. I'm also a big fan of Prince and Geto Boys. I'm from South of Chicago so I also got into Public Enemy, NWA, Naughty by Nature, Jodeci. Basically any R+B and rap from late 80's to early 90's. My main go to was Michael Jackson and NewEdition. I can listen to any genre of music live. I love live concerts. I've been to 3rd eye Blind, U2, the verve pipe and Tonic. Before I die I want to see NewEdition live. That's cool you play the bass. I always wanted to learn an instrument but I have no talent. Music is one of my biggest coping skills and escapes.

Their debut is one of the best! Thanks to my older brother I was actually listening to Montrose before Van Halen. I didn't get turned on to VH until 1979.

Same here. It's varied for me too. The first seven bands you mentioned, and I'll replace the rest with Accept, Judas Priest, Hank Sr, Marty Robbins and Kenny Rogers.

And I'll check out your site.

Judging from the name of your radio station, do you play guitar? I played bass for many years.

Guitar, sax, clarinet and trombone. Played in several bands, was a DJ for 30+ years, hundreds of shows, etc. MUSIC = LIFE!

I love Al Green, Barry White, Spinners, Commodores, Isley Brothers, etc., but I favor rock. Love guitar. New Edition?!? Sorry, no. Like some old school rap—Snoop, Coolio, Beastie Boys, Fun Lovin’ Criminals…

We’ve all been waiting for Jethro and this dysfunctional organization to get lucky. And not many have been more critical than I have of this era. Many who have argued with me have said we just need Jethro to get lucky.

I’ve always said you need to know when to recognize when it’s time to appreciate greatness. And that I would welcome leading the cheers once it arrived . Well, I’m here to say our lotto winning ticket has arrived .

Parsons is impacting games like we haven’t seen in this era . We had all been hoping one of our QB’s would be enough to elevate us to greatness which has never happened although they have propped up an otherwise dormant franchise this era . But this kid is a generational talent. He can carry the weight of this franchise.

Our 1st MVP caliber talent since Emmitt. This kid if we can surround him with enough and keep him healthy could take us all the way. Shoot, he’s elevating everyone around . We may not need much more. Just get out of the way and or don’t hinder it.

We have some awesome HOFamers in our history on defense but none single handed who took over games like this. I sit and gaze in disbelief that he’s on our team. And all because our original draft picks were snagged right in front of us. How lucky is that.

We should all get on our knees and be thankful that Jethro’s golden goose may have finally arrived . Hopefully the old coot doesn’t find a way to screw this up.
What happened when Larry Allen and Ware were here? Ware had to leave to get a super bowl.

Would you trade Parsons for any player in the NFL? Offense or Defense?

It's sort of like Luka I probably wouldn't, ok Mahomes I would and maybe Allen.

Ya know at the beginning of this season I was thinking that the Cowboys didn't have much fan fare in the off season with low expectations and no big splash free agents signings and I got to thinking this would be the season they got to the Super Bowl. I'm not punching their ticket I'm just saying it wouldn't surprise me that they would go all the way by not being highly touted and expected by the media to do so this season. Hopefully what Diehard Blues says comes true.

in the 70s there was Randy White
in the 90s a wave of talent on defense
now we have Parsons and a wave of talent-Look Out!!

I’m not sure I’d argue Parsons has as much surrounding talent as we had in 70’s and 90’s.
