It's funny that you would expect JG to do this.

Did I say expect? I said should. If I had my way Jerry wouldn't talk to the media at all about personnel in his rambling, incoherent, dementia laden drawl.

If you like him talking to the media about it, then I'm happy for you. Seriously. I wish I could be.

Honestly, I would see what we could get for him in a trade. Time to cut our losses. What is funny about this thread is almost everyone has complained about Claiborne this year but some people are actually shocked that he has been demoted? Not sure where you guys are from, but I have never been surprised when underachievers get replaced.

He could learn a thing or two from Scandrick, and not just about how to cover. Scandrick has played behind Jenkins and Newman, but made the most out of hi opportunities. Now he is the best CB on the team. Morris needs to learn how to battle and be a professional while doing it.

He might have gotten taken.

But there were a lot of people from a lot of teams enamored with the kid.

Again, I think it's darned difficult to tell who has 100% commitment and who has 97%.

One team found the easy mark. Jerry we have the next Deion. Jerry: I'll take him.

At least the team is using performance over draft status

That's a good point.

Not that they haven't allowed draft status to color their thinking with the guy up to this point, because in all likelihood they have, but they've probably reached the point of utter frustration with his spotty participation level in the preseason and then his failure during regular season games.

No team is going to give us anything for him right now. Fragile mind, fragile body and a waste of a roster spot.

It was bound to happen eventually, however, at this point I don't see any other team offering more than a bag of practice balls for Mo

Sounds like Mo was taken out of nickel package. He already was not starting ahead of Scandrick in 4-3. Moore will be in slot Good luck to Patmon!!

The question is how "bum" of a shoulder is it?

He's been nicked up so often since he was drafted at some point I'm sure the players on the team and the coaching staff question all the nicks & cuts and how serious they actually are or were.

Exactly, the fact that he can extend his arms upwards - like he did for that int - makes you wonder how "bum" that shoulder really is.

Or that shoulder tackle he tried against Delanie Walker vs the Titans.

Whatever the case is, the constant nicks and bruises are just flat out annoying.

How can anyone be unhappy about this? It has been sad over and over that the best players will play. If Claiborne is getting outperformed by another player he shouldn't play.

It should be noted, Jeff Fisher was the guy who called the Cowboys to trade out of the slot to draft Mo.

It should also be noted that Fisher clearly targeted him on Sunday.

I don't think it's coincidence. Not everyone was fooled.
