No true grill-man ever picks beef ribs. It is the sirloin(beef ribs) to a filet(pork ribs)

Not sure what that has to do with which one is better. I know of which you speak and it ain't a lie but If you want a better rib it can be found and it is a BBQ beef rib. I get mine at Rudy's.Better or not, about 90% of the ribs in Texas from restaurants, BBQ's or competitions come from swine

That's a big 10-4, COPY!Pork ribs are better than beef ribs but brisket burnt ends are better than both. I was born in Texas and this might get me excommunicated, but KC BBQ > Texas BBQ and it's not really close.

Back in the day of real freedom and worry free days ,I couldn't really just pitch a set of harvested corn fed pistol shot deer ribs and would BBQ them on a pit grill on the south forty, them being so lean they( like beef) cooked up quick as two beers drunk,,, and I usually hit about four before checking on them,,,No worries, my brother, Melon!
