Except that he was one of the best late 4th quarter, clutch time, QBs in NFL history.Calmness under pressure!! When Romo scrambled around left end and got tripped up at the 2 yard line, he should have dove with the ball out stretched as far as he could. He didn’t do that. He kept the ball at his hip and was short of a TD by a yard. This was not the only mistake he made during his career because he let the pressure get to him. Another example: In the 2014 playoff game vs GB when he fumbled late in the 2nd quarter. While in shotgun formation with the ball IN THE AIR Romo looked toward the left, away from the ball, when he looked back the ball was on him and he fumbled. What QB looks away from the ball while it is a matter of feet from your hands. The next play GB blocked our FG attempt. That play shifted the momentum to GB.
The actual facts show that.
You guys obsess on the negatives only.
Dissect every little thing imaginable.
News just in, the guy was not perfect. Nor was any player that ever played.
hell, Tom Brady had THREE game ending, clutch time, game-losing interceptions in just one season. And he is/was much better than Romo, obviously.
