Everyone is writing Randy Gregory off. I'm not

Not when you are using it disprove causation. While correlation does not necessarily imply causation, it does follow that if there is no correlation then there is no causation.

At the end of the day the reefer madness fearmongering hasn't played out in Colorado, Washington, Oregon, etc. There ideas did not bear out in reality.

What causation were you disproving?

2) Since legalization, traffic accidents in Colorado are down.

Appeared to me you were saying since legalization, traffic accidents in Colorado were down, indicating that the cause for less traffic accidents in Colorado was do to legalization?

Was that your argument?

I don't care about polls. You will probably win in a few highly populated Liberal states but not in the red state South my friend.
Well, at least in my lifetime...

Confirmation bias certainly is convenient.

Step one was a science experiment - you brought science into it so just answer the question. Caffiene is addictive and I am on my second cup today so science tells me that it is a drug like nicotine which is legal. Smoking effects others, that is why it is illegal to smoke in certain places. Alcohol abuse effects other so that is why DUI and public drunkeness is illegal.

Mind altering drugs can very well effect others - do you dsagree?
Where is your link that MJ causes others to be stoned?

Yeah, it's called the Military Industrial Complex, where ya been?:D Under conservative leadership and ideology, we went into wars for profit? Been going on since WW II...

Can't argue with you on that. You win on that part of the waste of Government. Lots of other waste to clean up though.

All we need is a conservative Republican President and new Justice department task force and all those garden pot houses will
fold like a cheap suit.

Neither candidate fits your ideology. In fact the puritans were trounced.

Nope. I am countering the argument that law enforcement and our board ideologues are making that legalization will cause it to go up.

Geez. No one cares what you do in your home, garage or tree house. When you smoke anything next to me
if affects me. If you drive stoned, it affects me. You think not...Look at Car Insurance rates.

Never said that, I said smoking cigarettes in certain places is illegal because it is proven that smoke causes cancer among other things

The FED forces debt by the nature of existence and relationship with the US government. Every dollar printed, is borrowed money from the FED; debt always accrues. The debt is a way to control countries; historically by private industry mainly banks and to sway public policy.

No, I just don't like ignorance being portrayed as fact. Stick in my crawl.

OK, because if that was your argument, that is the causation fallacy.

Read the post I was responding to next time as opposed to guessing what the argument is about is my recommendation. I was showing the lack of correlation to disprove his fearmongering about stoned drivers.

He still parrots it anyway as you can see.

It's a semantic argument between a 'written recommendation' and 'prescription.' Functionally they are the same.

They can sell a recommendation for your preferred barbiturates and hypnotics as well and charge for it. They choose to recommend marijuana. Further that is where the state comes in and charges a tax which is most of the card's cost.

Oh noes there is profit to be made out of the industry! Colorado didn't suffer the calamities you guys insist on.

Just to show how much your ship is sinking I pointed out how 20 states have marijuana legalization on the ballot this Novenber, I would also point to this:

The era of demonization is over.

It's not semantics. It's the reality and a huge distinction between the two.

And I'm really not interested in any of this and couldn't care less if they legalize it or not. As someone said earlier, it'll thin the herd for my kids and other who chose a different path. I just corrected you as an FYI on the "presciptions" and how doctor's make money by writing these types of prescriptions (ie: financial motivation). No thanks necessary.

In reasonable amounts, we can agree. At 20 trillion, I think we have or soon will destroy that control.

I get it. He was seemed genuinely sorry for his draft mistake and said all the right things to make us believe that he was going to put the doobies down and focus on becoming a dominate football player. And instead, the dude burns us and fails a few drug tests. It's irritating and ticks me off too. Especially after he said it wouldn't happen again. So I understand why people are writing him off.

But if he can lay off the chronic after he comes back, he could be a difference maker for this defense. There's a reason why he was a top 5 talent in his draft class. He's a special talent. He flashed it last preseason and before his injury last year. And he has a year under his belt now.

I think he will be a force when he comes back. He and Lawrence both. Add Collins, Thornton, Mayowa, Tapper and a healthy Crawford to those two, and I think our pass rush will be better than what people expect.

except, why would he lay off it NOW vs. before? if he was going to, he already would have.

I do not engage in those type of debates, I simply asked you for your intention in the post directly, no need to be grumpy or snarky.
