Elam was convicted. But interestingly the other co defendents all had charges dropped after his conviction. Since then there has been information surface that made the case look more and more like the recent Duke Lacrosse case.

I just down know brah. Ive seen most of the evidence and other than the retracted testimony there is nothing that puts him in the house at any time when dofighting was occuring.

If he was EVER there, then he saw the operation, he saw the scarred dogs, and he knew good and well what was going on there... as far as I'm concerned, he doesn't have to have ever attended a fight to be guilty of the charges against him...

He says he wasnt involved and with just that I take it at face value.

But in October of 2003, Abram Elam was convicted on a charge of sexual battery in South Bend, Indiana. He have a convicted sex offender as a Dallas Cowboy. That i do care about.

Its old news. There is no question that dogfighting took place there. There is nothing in all of this article that shows that Vick participated or knowingly facilitated it.

If youve ever owned a rental property especially one out of town then him plausibly not being aware should make a bit of sense.

However Im sure the aging, draconian vigilante squad will be all over this one passing judgement once again.

If it's a choice between the draconian vigilante squad (here we are with our pitchforks, after all) and the Clueless Band of Complete Freakin' Idiots (which you have to be to imagine at this stage that Vick didn't know), count me as happily in the former.

Being middle aged myself (if I live to be 110), I'm not sure how crazy I am about the idea of torturing folks in my demographic, but I like the way your mind works...

Besides, wasn't it said that all of us in the Draconian Vigilante Squad were over 40?? As Lord High Muckety-Muck of the DVS, I'm prepared to waive that age requirement for any who show the proper desire...

We'll take up a collection for you at the first meeting... hopefully, we'll scrape up enough that we can get you one of the all-new titanium shafted pitchforks... I just got mine, it's great-- lightweight, beautifully balanced, durable... the tines NEVER get dull, you might almost say it's a Ginsu pitchfork... they're low maintenance, all you have to do is wash them off promptly after each use...

Best of all, they're PERFECT for roasting marshmallows over a good funeral pyre... yummmmmm...

I never said that all people over 40 have this nor that all under that age do not. Sorry but with the TO, Meriweather, and Jones issue there is to be a strong contigent of some of our more seasoned bretheren that are more vindictive than others. Come to look at Vick and its the same group doing the exact same thing.

If you are indeed taking the wait and seee approach than i apologize for thinking you had that view I just assumed that with your vitriol towards me that you indeed had already determined guilt.
