It’s rare but it happens. The Jets agreed to terms with OLB Anthony Barr a couple years ago. And the Vikings matched it and the last second and he changed his mind.

Looks like Tom Brady has a good shot at #8. He pulls that off and the shine of the Patriots dynasty and credit for it will largely be attributed to Brady, not Belicheck.

Just kind of how it is.
