Patrick Peterson will almost undoubtedly play free safety effectively in the NFL for the next 2-3 seasons.

Will also serve as an undisputed leader on those teams.

Dallas probably needs exactly him.

That's a legit concern.

They want to be rewarded for their bold proclamation of Woods talents.

For years, they kept claiming Woods was a star in the making only for him to play rather pedestrian. In the Rams playoff loss and all of last season, he was below average if not awful.

Petersen is good at playing man coverage , but for FS we should need a player with range and instincts, in my humble opinion , man corners may not develop as Free safeties.

This more or less explains the Taysom Hill contract. I don't think it is known what the actual performance stipulations are. Sometimes they are impossible and only for accounting. Or they could possibly just be very difficult to where if Taysom Hill performs that well he would be easily considered worth that money.

I am expecting a similar fa class as we have seen over the last few seasons. They are going to plug as many holes as possible, with low level talent on short-term contracts. We may see 1-2 mid tier players, but you can forget about anyone wanting a big contract.
