RB's get tackled like that all the time. Didn't look like much of a tackle. Some players are just more prone for injuries. Felix maybe that type of player.

It doesn't take much if you twist it just the right way.

I agree. He was riding the stationary bike as well on the sideline heck he even came back into the game for a play. Not a doctor but this does not look that bad. Hopefully 1 or 2 games and he will be ready to go.
Well we have 2 games then a bye,I bet he is back after the bye.

I was reading about these injuries and came across quote on how these injuries commonly occur. It's no wonder him hitting the turf usually at full speed:

...the most common way in which the PCL is injured is by direct impact to the front of the tibia itself, usually when the knee is bent. This may occur in a front-on tackle or collision or when falling with the knee bent.

I absolutely can't stand when "getting treatment" is said... for some reason..
our trainers/Wade love to say that...

What would you rather hear him say? we are cutting the leg off as we speak? :laugh2:

Well a sprained PCL isn't good.

Just like you wouldn't want a sprained ACL.
In your opinion, could bulking up as much (as Felix did) over a year be contributing to the strains and "tightness" like the hamstring earlier in the year?

great pic everlasting: definately looks like that could've done it: landing on the back of his leg like that. I said it in other threads: he'll learn to just run out of bounds. It lengthens your career and pads a RB's bank account considerably. Just ask Emmit or Franco Harris. MB 3 and Choice will pick it up.

Looks like this is where he got injured.

I guess the NFL had better make that kind of tackle illegal.

OK, we get it. You think Felix is injury prone.

At this point in his career he is.

He gets injured in the most akward of ways.

I would not bet against that but then would not be surprised if he is back for the KC game it just depends on Felix and how quickly this heals. Frankly the report makes me feel better that it is not some season ending injury

Sure...not saying it was the reason...but it definitely could contribute to it.

I think Felix just needs to learn when to go out of bounds. No need to take shots like that everytime he breaks off a long run. Live for another down.

Felix is so electric. This sucks bad. Denver is a good defense. He reminds me of Westbrook a lot. Westbrook is often injured too but u cant replace the guy so u live with it. But overall its kinda early calling him injury prone totally.

Sorry if I'm not overly concerned with this injury. Players get hurt just based off what I saw I don't think this is going to be some big injury that will keep him out long. Anything can happen you could get hit by a bus on your way to rehab but this just does not appear to be something that is going to hold Felix back long.

I dont think its bad either. He told Choice he could have played. I mean it had to hurt a bit if it was worse.
