This is my last game of the season......I hope the Pens go out with class. Do not end the season like game 3.....that was pure garbage.

It's nervous optimism right now daboyz. Our lineup just really seems to lack any punch without Chase and Ryan. If we can tread water until June, we may be able to turn the corner. The fact that the damn Nationals are tearing it up irks me to no end.

helluva game, but they still have to keep winning....there is no room for error. I don't understand Philly playing so stupid after the 1st period. They acted foolishly......especially after seeing that the refs were calling it so very close to the vest.

the best thing about the win......Fleury = 0 goals given up in final 2 periods. He played outstanding tonight. In fact, I don't really blame him for the 2nd and 3rd goals of the game by the Flyers. I put those on Kunitz, Orpik, and Cooke for getting 3 really stupid and costly penalties in the 1st. So hopefully Fleury finally found his mojo.

Hopefully the Pens have gotten their stupid play out of their system and they are ready to play the kind of hockey we Pens fans expect and demand.

It is just 1 win, so I am not going to go crazy with joy....tonight it is more a huge sigh of relief.....well there is a little bit of joy, cause we didn't get swept, and I get to see the Pens at least one more time this season.

Did you know the 10 goals allowed tied a franchise record also set by the Penguins, who scored 10 goals on the Flyers in a 10-7 win in Game 5 of the 1989 Patrick Division Finals?

The loss is the most lopsided playoff loss for the Flyers since an 8-0 loss to Buffalo in Game 6 of the 2001 Eastern Conference Quarterfinals. Switching
goalies was a huge mistake IMO. They took out Bryz after just 23 minutes into the game.

How was switching goalies a huge mistake? They could've put you in at goalie and it wouldn't have mattered with the way this team plays defense. They needed a change to wake everybody up.. and it still didn't happen. Bryz needed a wake up call too, even with the awful defense, we can't be letting up 5 goals a game and expect to win anything.

It's why I can't get too excited about this team. They have some serious young talent but until they get a goaltender, the odds are long on hoisting another Cup.

Bryzgalov isn't that guy. I can not believe they signed him to that contract.

until those two cheap shots that caused his concussion issues, he was the best offensive player in the league.....

He played one helluva 3rd period. I have bashed him relentlessly for his play, so I have to give him props when he plays well.

It was a great game and a great win.......Now they have to go back to Philly and try to steal one more. It is going to be very tough, the Flyers will bring everything they have, cause I know they don't want to go back to Pittsburgh.

i have to give it to the flyers....they completely outplayed the Pens in this series.....

Neal got one or two more cheap shots in.. guy is a bigger joke than Crosby. Nice game though. Feel bad for Malkin. Guy was giving it his all out there. I'll take him and Letang if they want to switch to the orange and black next year, haha.

Finally Bryz had a solid game.

Actually a terrific game from the Flyers all around.

Nice win.

Pens just need Crosby to be there for a full season. I think some of their tactics need to be questioned this offseason.

I think the Pens have better high-end talent than Philly, but Philly is deeper.

The "kids" on the Flyers played well all series. Win or lose in the next series, pretty pleased with the make-up of the team.

It would be great if Pronger could attempt to play next season.
