Former Cowboys safety Williams going to Bengals

Roy will end up being just a Special Teams player.

He may end up being a good one too.

how did i do that, Bob?

you brought up something that had nothing to do with anything, and got slapped down

hard

Didn't we just pay a bunch of draft choices to get this guy from Detroit?

Couldn't Jerry make a franchise out of him to keep him from going to Cincinnati?

How could they let this happen?

When did that happen?
He lost all that weight, took on a new number and worked hard to become good again. What did it get him? Benched and injured twice.

God won't let him. :D

What I want to know is, now that he's playing for the Bengals (and presumably the same player that he was, given that he only broke his arm), are we STILL going to get hordes of guys in here presenting stats, ad nauseum, telling us what a great player he is?

Using that criteria, haven't the Cowboys foolishly released one of the all-time greats?

do you want Adam coming in here, pimp-slapping you?

I wish him the best of luck. He was a special player for us at one point....but I'm glad we've moved on.

LOL......good one.

I'd like to see LA have a team called Riots. La Riots. For some reason, that has a nice ring to it; especially for a football team.

Amazing really that a few years ago Williams was the face of the franchise.

I did say he MAY.. never said he WILL. :D

Let's see.

Mr Williams, a young man who should be in his prime, was granted his release (early, I might add), and had ONE team – the lowly Bengals – kick the tires.

Yeah, Adam really showed me who's boss.

I wish Roy the best and hope getting back with Mike Zimmer can revitalize his career.
