For everyone saying you can't force him not to. I am pretty sure we can still trade him and if Micah cares more about his podcast then playing on the field trade him and get what you can get. I am sick of this attitude where we just have to cater to divas and not let them go when they cause distractions. Enough is enough set the culture or let the personalities on the team run the team and we stay on the same course we have been on for 30 years.

Lol he ain’t getting hired anywhere with that attitude. Its 2025. Players will do what they want. Bunch of boomers complaining about podcasts.
Agreed.

Players now days face 5 million distractions everytime they pick up their phone or go into public.

Distractions are a modern players normal.

Micah’s podcast has never negatively impacted his play.

He shows up and he’s usually the best player on the field that teams are selling out to stop.
 it keeps him involved with other players around the league and honestly, that can be a good thing. For example, off-camera he could get some good tips about certain players or teams that can be useful to teammates or coaches.

Water is good at helping edge rushers, but his thing was the amount of time coaches had to put in, so I don't expect him to coach h the Cowboys. However, if the scenario was to happen, Micah would still have a podcast. Parsons probably has a contract to do that work.

Funny to see Dware trying to be this type of mean guy, when he was here playing he never said a peep or was a vocal leader. Your time is passed my friend! Could have used that 20 years ago!
He should of told Tony Romo to stay home to from vacation and not golf, hypocrite

How do you know that? Until this last year he did NOT show up late in the season and what are his stats for playoff games?
just making excuses for divas

I still don't see the distraction part of this. What evidence do you have that the podcast is distracting him from football? He doesn't do it during games, or practice, or in lieu of working out. He doesn't take any of his teammates away from their obligations. What distraction is mitigating his ability to play at a top level?

I could not identify a single Taylor Swift song. Not a fan. But, she may actually be the “most famous” woman on earth.
She's right up there. She seems like a nice girl, but my nephew once gave me a CD of some of her songs, and to me it sounded like all the stuff Avril Lavigne cut from her albums.

So out of all the things that could possibly cause what you think you see, it must be the podcast that's doing it.

It's really a generational thing.

When we were younger, things that were normal to us seemed unnecessary to older people and the same is true today.

We are just the older people now. :D
This isn’t generarational. I’m in my 50’s and I think Micah can do what he wants during his time off and don’t think it does anything at all to take away from his play on the field.

Who made the presumptuous DeMarcus Ware leader or coach? Just shut up, DeMarcus. What is your extensive coaching career?I
Oh, pass rush consultant for the Broncs?
Then, lads, let us leapfrog him to Defensive Coordinatod over 500 other more deserving coaches with long resumes. Next to Ware, Zim is a genius.

Look, me lovable louts I am Micah's biggest critic on some things, but as long as he does his on-field job at an all-pro level, I can live with tha. And cheer for him as well.

Does he look like he doesn't hit the weights enough? He's usually tired in the 4th quarter because he's spending the game trying to (and usually successfully) pushing through two to four times his own mass. Then once he gets through, he's running like a madman to get to the QB.

I really doubt he's doing the podcast when he's supposed to be working out or practicing. The team wouldn't allow that.
You honestly don't see the softness? I bet his body fat is over 10%....If he wasn't sitting on his *** 20hrs a week...jerking off on his podcast....the guy could be an all timer. Instead...he's satisfied being Racheal Maddow. How damn stupid can a Penn St. Grad be? I'm embarrassed to say Penn St. beat Boise St....but there it is. @ least the school was smart enough to start tearing down Jerry Sandusky stadium....took them 14 years to figure it out...but they got there.
