Exactly. I don't know what people were expecting. He's a sociopath just like Joffrey was.

I think some people looked at two things and thought it might be different.

He said he would not harm her for one and the other was when Little Finger told her that Ramsay was quite stricken with her.

Now the problem with that is...both Ramsay and Little Finger have both said that they are liars lol.

So people should have known better. Sansa is just lucky her "virtue" has been in tact as long as it has because it is lucky that Joffery, the hound, the common folk in the ally or Tyrion did not take it from her prior to this and the only one you figured would not would be Tyrion.

With all of that out of the way.

This could be the spark that gets Reek to turn back into Theon but an improved Theon that cares about others instead of just himself.

I'm hoping that this is the way they're going with it. That dude deserved quite a bit of this, but at this point, I'm pulling for him to at least attempt to redeem himself.

Old Little finger is working.

You know he wants to be Warden of the North AND he wants Sansa to be his wife.

I actually thought this may have made Reek snap back to his old self and put a knife in Ransey's back , or at least I hoped he would. Considering the torture that Ramsey put Reek through, I hope Reek gets his revenge and stopping the rape would have been the perfect time for Reek to pull it off. Ramsey is pure evil and he will pay for it at some point. I hope it is at Reek's hands. I would rather die than continue to live in the conditions that he has suffered through and killing Ramsey would be worth it if I was in his position .

I was praying Reek would snap back into it and shove a blade through Ramseys throat. That was a brutal scene and amazing acting by Theon. I think this was the beginning of the change for Theon and I hope he's the one that kills Ramsey. And Sansa, poor Sansa..at some point she has to take a stand and stop being the victim.

I heard a guy on the radio say Sansa will eventually get in a good place. Basically saying she would find her happy ending. I couldn't help but laugh. Has he not watched the series? Nobody gets a happy ending.

I also heard it was the lowest rated episode on rotten tomatoes ever by a wide margin. Something like 53% liked it where the previous low for the series was 91. I didn't think it was a bad episode, but I'm guessing the Ramsey/Sansa/Reek scene at the end played a big part in it. It shouldn't have though, because the series has had multiple similar events in it throughout.

I thought it was the best episode this season if not for the terrible Dorne scenes.

I liked it. I love Arya and Jons story arc so any episodes that focuses on either one of them I will love. Cersei was a boss in this episode as well. I hate her, but its a love to hate type relationship. I'm sure the end is what caused those low ratings, and of course the Watergarden scene.

The SandSnakes are super duper corny....

Did not like the Dorn sections in the books and I was hoping they would be better in the books. Maybe they will be better but I have not been impressed so far.

The best part of Dorn may have been the Red Viper and the rest died when he died. ...We will see.

I don't know if it's the same way in the books and/or if the intention is to show that life has just been getting harder and harder for everyone, but has anyone noticed that every character has lost the personalities that made them interesting as of late (particularly this season since the writers started deviating from GRRM)?

Jamie used to be a very cunning and manipulative smooth talker. Now he's pretty pathetic. What was the point of that scene last night? His niece (daughter) walks in and he asks her to come home, she says no, and he says "uhh, ok", and she walks away.

Cersei has no personality anymore either. Her monologues are boring and repetitive. She talks about her much she loves her kids and her motives are no longer clear.

Tyrion is boring now. No more sense of humor. Doesn't say much.

Daenerys is annoying now. I used to want her to rule. Now I'm kinda hoping someone kills her. She seems like an idiot now. She's no longer inspirational. She's just a boring immature high school girl.

The Lady of Thornes, the queen's grandmother, used to be one of my favorites. She was hilarious, strong and could talk with the best of them. Last night she basically had nothing intelligent to say to the High Sparrow.

I don't know. As I said, maybe it's the intention to show that everyone is defeated and a shell of their former selves. But no one is interesting anymore and the dialogues are boring. The characters and the dialogues are what used to carry the show. Now it's simply just waiting to see what happens next.
