We used to have a restaurant down here in South Texas named the Brush Country Inn....it was close to the King Ranch....they used to serve a huge chicken fried steak called The Saddle Blanket....I had it a couple of times....delicious.

Small world, ate there a couple of times, couldn’t agree more.
