And this is how you know they have an agenda. If we do well, it's because of the players. If we do poorly, it's Garrett's fault. Set it up so you can't lose.

The only loss i'd put on Garrett was the Broncos game.

Tony cost us the Giants game with his dumb turnovers. Felix too.

But Garrett got pwned by everyone for that game.

bad arguement. if Jones or Barber gets hurt we still have the other and Choice. If Romo gets hurt we're screwed.

The point is, this is football. Players get hurt, period! And it's not a coaches fault that they do.

And how some of you posters know what is going on in the huddle, meaning if Romo changed a play or not, is just amazing. Many of you guys are in the wrong bizness...you should be head coaches!

Actually if they are out there in the 4th Q of a 4TD game, yes.

Actually, , if they are out there on the FIRST PLAY OF THE GAME, they can get hurt!

LOL! If Garrett called a safe run play to run down the clock and Romo changed it to a 7 step drop near our own goal-line then there are bigger problems than the play calling.

Seriously, Garrett's doing a great job for the most part this season, but he made some mistakes at the end of this game, and continues to have problems utilizing his personnel as best he can. Why is this so hard to admit?

Some of you people are never satisfied. What's wrong with being happy about an impressive victory? Our offense put up four touchdowns and a field goal. I'll take that kind of poor play calling every week.

Garrett wasn't too bad today. The team put up 38 points and Folk missed another 3 pts.

The bubble screen to Ogletree was nice. That play needs to be run more. We did see Garrett throw from the 3 TE look.

Having said that, the screen pass and the dumpoff to the backs was used very little. This is one play the Cowboys should use much more. And the delay draw is old, really old, like ancient. It just ain't working anymore. Need a new trick.

Why have Romo throwing up 24 pts in the 4th quarter is beyond me.

I'm sure Garrett was holding some back for Philly.

What part of don't risk your best players (who are already dinged up) when the result of the game is already decided is beyond you?

I am still more concerned with the defense. We come out and let them drive down to take the lead early. At least they have played well most of the game the last two weeks. I am a little worried about next week.

when up by 4 TDs starting the fourth quarter, its best to do what the Immortal Shoat Cooper said to do:"Run it up their butts- then they have to get their hands dirty digging it out!"

I don't know? Maybe because they just thumped the hell out of the SeaHawks, as well as the last few games the won.

Just a guess...

Yes, kudos to him.

Now stop running the guy with a knee brace and the guy with a strained quad when up by 24 points in the 4th. And for that matter, stop throwing the ball deep in the same situation from deep in our end.

Thanks!

Here's my two cents on the play calling. I believe that Garrett was just trying some things out, just like JJ said. Against weaker opponents you try things out and see how they work.

Just look at the game against the Giants. If I remember correctly we had over 200+ yards rushing. So I think he was just trying to test out new plays, or test new players. (Free at LT, Ogletree, screens to Bennett)

Next week against the Eagles I believe he will call more runs because he should "throttle down" on Romo.

I feel great about the game.

Your complete inability to form a cohesive response is giving me much more trouble though.
